Nipplettes are every bit as cute up-close as their name is to say out loud. I can't even say the name of these clamps will smiling. Nipplettes. Give it a try, you'll see what I mean. But as much as I love saying their name, I have come to refer to them as the nipple clamps for vanilla and cautious people because they really are as tame as they come.

Nipplettes are shaped exactly like clothes pins with a bullet vibe inside the top of the clamp. They are made of plastic with a rubber cote that is velvety to the touch. They are phthalates and latex free and hypoallergenic, so anyone can pick these up, clamp them on and enjoy the smooth vibrations without worrying about materials that may harm your skin. Because they are made of plastic, they also won't pick up every hair, lint and fiber in its tracks. They are wireless, splash-proof (not waterproof), extremely durable and adjustable, making them the perfect fit for almost any size nipple. To adjust, all you have to do is twist the small, plastic black screw that is placed at the bottom of the clamp. By twisting to the right, the clamp will adjust for larger nipples and by twisting to the left, it will become smaller and provide a tighter grasp.

When adjusted to their tightest grasp, I found that Nipplettes provide a very mild sensation, making them the perfect beginner's toy or for those who have been looking at nipple clamps for a while and have always been extremely cautious of the pain most clamps provide.

The bullet vibe delivers single-speed vibrations and to turn the vibe on, just push the small black button that is located at the top of the clamp until you hear a very slight clicking sound. They take three watch batteries each and also have an extra set of batteries included. Even after a few months of bi-weekly play, I am still on my first set of batteries, so these clamps are by no means battery hoggers and you shouldn't have to get replacements for a good, long while.

Because these clamps will not turn off until you hear that slight clicking sound, they will not accidentally turn off while you're touching them or re-adjusting, which is a huge plus. While the buzz is relatively quiet, if they are adjusted to their smallest size, they do rattle, but it will stop rattling if you adjust the screw to push up against the clamp or take the screw out completely, although be sure to put it in a safe place so you don't lose it if you ever want to adjust them to a softer grasp.

These clamps are about 2 3/4 inches in length and not very obtrusive when wearing. I would recommend, however, that you play with your Nipplettes while laying down because when sitting or standing, the vibe weighs down the clamp enough that it will fall off if you're vertical. They also have a tendency to fall off if you move around a bit, so these are not the clamps you can wear while bouncing or rolling around all over the place, especially if the bullet vibe is turned on because they will dance right off your skin.

The vibrations Nipplettes provide are a lot more powerful than I was expecting from a small bullet vibe. Because of the intense vibrations, I found that I enjoy these nipple clamps more when they aren't latched onto my nipples. The intense vibrations feel amazing when the clamps are lathed onto your labia or even your clit. Wait, scratch that. Especially when latched onto your clit.

They can also provide a male partner with vibrating titillation of his own. The won't scare him off if he's never played with a nipple clamp before, although you may have to hold them on because men usually have very little to latch onto; or you can really spice up your night by applying them to your man's scrotum.
