Extra Thin, but could be Thinner

Just keep a little bottle of lube nearby and these condoms are really good. A warming/flavored lube will make these even better.

useful review
Ok, first of all, these are pretty good condoms. They allow a lot of feeling to come through, but I prefer the condoms having a texture because it helps to stimulate both (or more) people. However, the smell is very strong. The condoms are a little lacking on the lube side, and they have a horrendous smell.

These condoms are the standard length and width of 7.5" x 2". The tip of the condom has the usual reservoir for the man's semen, or ejaculating toy, but it is unusually small. The condom fits pretty snugly, so when you add the small reservoir and the tight fit, you need to be careful if you are one of the people who have a lot of semen. I found that quite a bit had leaked out through the bottom after one of our sex sessions, and I've pulled out ever since. I don't want to risk another baby right now, especially since we just had one. The tight fit also makes it take longer to put these condoms on.

These condoms have a very, very strong smell. It's a strong latex smell. I don't know if the lube they put on the condoms reacts with woman's juices (I don't know what they are called), or what, but they smell even worse after sex. It almost smelled sour, and we've never had that smell with any other type, or brand of condom.

There is a little bit of lube that comes on the condoms, but there is nothing wrong with having a bottle, or tube, of your own lube (water based is always safe for condoms!) just to be safe. Flavored, warming, or even the warming and flavored lubes, will make these feel even better. The lube isn't slippery enough to be good enough for every person, especially if they don't make enough of their own lube.
Follow-up commentary
Although these aren't bad condoms, I just don't like the feel anymore. I like textured ones more. I may try these every once in a while for variety, but I've moved on.

  • Thinner condoms
    • What are your preferences for natural feel condoms? Does the thinner material scare you at all? Do you feel as safe?
    • I did a review on Trojan Ultra Thins which are very similar to the Durex extra sensitive. Since trying them out I am in my 6th 36 count box, doing the math thats over 150 uses. Not once have I had one break, rip or tear so I have to give the Trojans a high safety review. I feel perfectly safe using thin condoms and so have any girls that I've been with. Thin condoms are one of those things that I feel you don't notice the thickness of until you go back to the regulars, then you miss these.
