Fetish Fantasy silicone strap-on - harness and dildo set discontinued by Pipedream - review by SelectZen

When this set first arrived I was excited to take it out of the delivery box and look at the packaging. The box it arrived in was what you would expect from the fetish fantasy series, a simple cardboard box with a woman on the front modelling the product. I am pleased to say she showed the toy as if enjoying herself in a fun way rather than some of the over-sexualized images that so often adorn sex toy boxes. The images show the strap-on professionally shot so you never expect it to look as good as the box image once you take it out. When my partner and I opened the box we were pleasantly surprised to find that it looked every bit as good if not better than the cover image. The set comes with a medical grade silicone dildo and a fully adjustable nylon harness. The dildo is held in place by a white rubber o-ring. The design of the product is wonderful. The dildo is in pink and matches the harness nicely. Strictly a personal preference but I find pink works well as a strap-on color and I must say my partner looks absolutely stunning with it on, she and it are a match made in heaven.

The dildo as I mentioned, is made from medical grade silicone. It measures six and a half inches from base to tip with about six insertable inches. It has ridges and groves along the top of it which make it ideal for g-spot stimulation. The dildo has girth to it with a circumference of five inches at its widest, making it a little daunting for beginners or for use in anal play. It being made of silicone it is incredibly safe and phthalate-free. A water based lubricant is the best choice for it as it won’t damage the material. It also makes for easy cleaning, some warm water and a little soap or toy cleaner and it will be good as new. The feel of it isn’t as shiny as some silicone toys meaning that use of lube would be advised.

The harness is also extremely pretty to look at. It is made with nylon for the primary waist strap and a wipe clean material for the two leg straps and the center portion where the o-ring is housed. There are four steel buckles for adjusting size on the straps and four steel fasteners for holding the all important o-ring. It is designed nicely and when combined with the pink dildo just looks amazing. The straps all adjust fairly easily. The primary nylon strap would do for anyone up to about a thirty four inch waist, however if needed it can be completely removed and could be substituted with a longer nylon strap with minimal effort.

The o-ring is held in place by four separate straps which are held closed by steel clips, this makes it fairly stable during use. The catches hold closed tightly and the toy is held securely. The texture of the toy isn’t a problem once lube is used. It has enough give in it to adjust a little to your body but is ridged enough that you’ll definitely feel it. I would advise starting with a smaller toy if you are using it for anal play.

There are a few small problems with it and they are as follows. The toy is extremely big at the base and this makes it a little difficult to fit into the harness initially but once it is in the size guarantees a snug and secure fit. The other problem as mentioned in another review is that the steel on the catches is prone to tarnishing a little. It won’t really affect the overall performance of the toy and is a relatively aesthetic problem unless serious rust develops.

In conclusion I have to say that this toy is incredible value for money as you would easily pay more than the price of this set for a medical grade silicone dildo on its own. The harness itself is like a piece of lingerie, it is very beautifully designed and more importantly works well. I know the mere sight of my partner with it on drives me wild. I highly recommend it to anyone interested in exploring strap-on play, or looking to expand their collection.
