Use
This is a great toy for anyone who is a beginner, or wants to use a toy that is on the smaller size. Due to its small size, this toy can be used for both vaginal and anal play with beginners. But, because of the rigid material it is made from, it does not move with your body as well as some toys. So only gentle play can be done with the Atlas or you take the risk of hurting yourself. But that is how it is with all glass toys. To add some extra fun and play with the Atlas, you can actually use it with temperature play.
Material
The Atlas is a handmade dildo created out of borosilicate glass. That means you can use it for temperature play unlike other toys that are not made from glass. Also borosilicate is less prone to shattering or breaking if by chance you were to drop it. Instead of shattering into many tiny pieces like a glass cup would, it would simply snap or break into larger pieces that are easy to clean up. But because it is made from glass, it has less give like toys made from silicone. So if you are too rough with it, you can actually bruise yourself. On the good side you can use any type of lube and not have to worry about it damaging the toy. Since the Atlas is handmade, there can be air bubbles in it, but the bubbles do not affect the toy and its performance in any way.

Atlas has a very simple and smooth design. Which is great for beginners or someone who is not into a lot of different sizes and textures with their toys.

Performance
The toy works great for first timers and beginners, like myself. Its small size made insertion easy and painless. You will need to use some lube with the toy, but with its low friction material a little lube goes along way and you can use any lube you like. The Atlas can be used in temperature play. You just put the Atlas in a container of ice water for about 30 seconds for cold play and in a container for warm water for about the same time. When doing warm play, make sure the water is not too hot that you cannot take the heat. The skin on your hand is thicker and less sensitive then you are down there; if the water feels hot to your hand then you take the risk of burning yourself down there. Also, never freeze or put your toy in the microwave to heat or chill it. You can damage the toy and hurt yourself.

Care and Maintenance
Because the Atlas is made from glass, you can clean it using made different methods. You can use the usual warm water and mild soap or toy cleaner wipes. But because of the durability of the glass, you can boil, bleach, and wash in the dishwasher. Ensuring a 100% bacterial free toy every time you boil or bleach it.

Packaging
When the Atlas arrives in the mail, all it comes with is a lovely red velvet drawstring bag wrapped in bubble wrap to protected it during shipping. So no worries of having to keep a bulky box to store it in or having to buy a bag for it.

What can I say, I still love my Atlas. I use it all the time and as my warm up toy to prep me for my larger toys in my collection. The Atlas is a must have for beginners and those who prefer their toys to be on the smaller side.
