Cobalt wand review by Pyrexions

Alright, first impressions: the box this toy came in was something like those long white boxes bracelets come in. The toy (Cobalt glass wand) was inside this box, wrapped in lots of pink tissue paper, and there was a small cotton-pad cushion in the bottom. That was it. No documentation, no pouch, no papers or care instructions or company logo that I had seen--just the toy, wrapped in tissue paper, with a cushion.

When I unwrapped the toy, I was a bit disappointed, as it seemed smaller in comparison to the picture on-screen. The coloration was also a lot different, instead of being colored in milky-white strips, it seemed the color had seeped between the strips and there was very little coloring at all on the strips. Really, for a relatively unknown company, and a low price tag as compared to most glass toys, I can't complain much, the toy is still perfectly functional and very visually appealing. 

On the subject, the decorated area, although misrepresented, is still very beautiful. I am only disappointed because I wanted to use the toy for anal play, and honestly with about four inches of length before the knobs, it would do little to nothing for me, and I wont be dim and put anything in my ass without a flared base/long enough handle to be pulled out. This is unfortunate since I was very interested in the hygienic properties of this toy, glass can be disinfected fully, and so it can be used vaginally and anally.  

As far as actual use, I was pleasantly surprised. Even though the initial opening was a disappointment, the sensations this toy gives are different from any of my other toys I use for vaginal stimulation. It required hardly any lubricant to get going with that much sought-after slick feeling.  Somehow, despite being so thin, I felt every ridge and groove within the toy, and cleanup was a breeze.

Anal, though I had some misconceptions, was also surprisingly satisfying--the two smaller bumps along the shaft, and the ridges at the tip, tickled my still tight, sensitive asshole, and really, being a glass toy, since it was cool to the touch, it felt even colder inside me--the extra length wasn't needed as much as I thought, it would have been appreciated though.

All in all, for those looking to invest in their first glass toy, I would say go for it. It's a nice little intro to glass, and will leave you satisfied, but craving more.
