So this thing ended up in my hands as a bit of a fluke in the ordering system. I had ordered a similar glass piece during one of the sales and ended up with this one instead.

This glass toy has a few potential uses. Obviously, it can be used as a conventional vaginal dildo. It provides more of a classic (in other words, p in the v) experience than something that is curved for G-spot stimulation. However, it does have some interesting textures and shapes to ramp up the experience a little more. It can be used for G-spot stimulation, but it's not going to be too effective. You'd want to check out the Amethyst for that. It's not something that's meant to be "jammed in there" (as one of my customers phrased it) because the rock solid material can bruise a cervix and that's never fun.

It's also suitable for anal play! I know, it doesn't look like it has much of a flared base, but the ridged end does have a ridge that sticks out a little further that the rest and the bumpy end works as a great handle. It's not something you'll really have to worry about losing in yourself. It'd be a pretty difficult thing to do, actually. The bumpy end may not be the best for anal use because of the, well, bumpiness of it and the fact that anal tissues are a bit delicate. If it feels good to you, though, go right ahead.

A huge perk of glass is that it retains temperatures well. If you run this under cold water or put it in the fridge it will be nice and chilly and stay that way for a while. To warm it up if it gets too cold all you have to do is run it under some warm water and you're all set.

Glass dildos like this are a wonderful place to start for beginners. I would say that there are a few better options to start with because of the crazy texture of this one, but it's nothing that should scare anyone away, really. It's a wonderful toy for couples because of its gorgeous look to it. Really, all glass toys fall into this category. Gorgeous, highly stimulating, classy, and virtually indestructible.

Glass is just wonderful. Sometimes I have my customers asking me silly questions about whether it's soft or not. No, it's your typical glass. Totally rigid, smooth, and incredibly clean and easy to care for. As stated before, glass makes an excellent choice for those of us out there who like a little extra stimulation in the temperature department. The firmness of glass sometimes intimidates people, but it's more of a pleasure than something that's uncomfortable. It means that you're getting some serious and direct stimulation that you don't find with softer materials. Not to mention, it's one of the most hygienic materials out there and requires a very minimal amount of lube to get slippery. Hell, sometimes lube isn't even needed with these sexy glass toys.

The texture on this thing is pretty interesting. When I first pulled this out of my order I was a little shocked at how bumpy it was and slightly afraid of it because my vagina is a delicate flower and can't do all of that crazy texture stuff. It's pretty ouch to me. The smoother ridged side is much more gentle, though. It's something I can get along with because it's much less intense than the other side, but still something that's incredibly pleasurable. Again, if you're a beginner and you're not sure if you're into the whole texture thing you might want to look elsewhere.

The Pink Passion Wand is a modest 8" long and 1 3/8" in diameter. This is a relatively average size for most glass dildos. (You're not going to find many that are bigger than this due to the whole cervix thing.) It is considered a double-ended dildo meaning you can use it from both sides, not that two people can use it at once. Each end gives you about 4" to play with, but you can insert it further if you wish (again, watch the cervix/grip on the handle for anal).

The bumps on the bumpy end are actually quite pronounced. On mine they're a little more jagged than they appear in the product photos. This actually freaked me out a little because of my whole issue with textures. (I don't think I would have ever picked this one out because of that and I didn't end up realizing that I had gotten the wrong item until months later.) I do realize that some people find these textures quite nice, though. When my customers ask me about all of the crazy bumps and what good a non-vibrating dildo is I always inform them that the textures provide the stimulation instead. I guess I should just take my own advice there and stop being so freaked out all the time.

The ridged side is actually much more appealing to me, personally. The ridges are fun for vaginal or anal play. The third ridge from the end is actually a lot more pronounced which makes it wonderfully good feeling and stimulating no matter how you use it. It can provide light stimulation to both the P-spot and the G-spot. It does almost seem like this end is made more for anal use because of the tapered tip of it. In a way, this is a very friendly piece of glass for just about everyone.

Overall, glass is one of the simplest and most reliable options out there. No batteries. No lube restrictions. No chance of allergic reactions. It's durable and can get completely and totally sparkly clean. It's one of the few toys out there you can have for years and years and still have it look and work like it's perfectly brand new.

This toy offers you a lot of different options. It's not your basic smooth dildo that only offers one kind of stimulation. You get bumpy and bulby vaginal and anal stimulation with this one little piece of art. You can experiment with temperature play (just don't put it in the freezer because it can get too cold). It'll always have a slippery smooth glide. It offers mild G-spot and P-spot stimulation without going overboard. In a way, it's totally versatile which makes it well worth the small price.

For me, it's not my cup of tea. I'm a G-spot kind of girl who likes her toys all smooth and stuff, and that's why I appreciate my Amethyst so much. It's still a really great toy, though, and don't let my bleh attitude about it convince you otherwise.

Seriously, this is the easiest material to clean and take care of. Soap and water, dishwasher, a quick dunk in boiling water. Voila! Perfectly clean! The only slight hang-up of this one is making sure you get everything out of the ridges, but it's pretty easy to do. You just need to pay a little attention to them. Don't clean it with anything abrasive because it'll scratch the surface up and make it less than stellar. Make sure you check it occasionally to make sure there are no cracks or chips in it because these do cause some serious problems. Don't want to cut yourself, you know?

As far as lubes go, it doesn't matter what you use. Water-based, silicone, and oil-based are all fine here. But hey, lube is barely needed with the slickness of the glass.

Each piece from this company comes with its own velvet drawstring pouch, too. Keep it in there and toss it in a drawer and you're good to go.
