I originally ordered this because my husband is in boots for 16-20 hours a day and his feet get calloused and cracked and give him a lot of pain. We were willing to try anything that may help sooth his feet and soften the callouses. I have found that the majority of the products like this that Eden carries work well and have high reviews. Later I started using it as well.

Upon receiving it, I scooped out a dime sized amount and rubbed it onto each of his feet, massaging it in and then covered his feet with socks before bed. It is a thick salve, thicker than petroleum jelly. The smell is hard to describe, it isn't a perfumed scent but it isn't bad either. It reminds me of the smell of hoof salve that we use on horses and other livestock. It has a slight medicinal smell, but it is very light and a little pleasant. We did this for three days in a row and I have to say that we were quite amazed at the difference that it makes. The callouses were soft enough that after showering I was able to take a pumice stone and buff most of them off. Now he uses it every other night for maintenance.

As some of you may know I am having some issues with my cycle being late and we are not exactly sure why yet. It comes in a 3 oz. jar with a screw on lid. It is thick so there are no worries about it spilling. The jar does not list ingredients but I will tell you anyway. The jars labels are very simple. It has the name and what its used for, that is it.
