Extreme butterfly frenzy bullet - bullet discontinued by Cal Exotics - review by Possibly Normal

This is a one trick butterfly. Definitely for vaginal and clitoral stimulation only. The small size is nice with the handy remote for easy use. The bottom vibe is of decent size and comfortable shape, I had no problem getting it situated inside me with the help of a little lube. The top Butterfly portion is soft and very comfortable. Even though this toy is fairly small it isn't very discrete. So no wearing it under clothes or out in public. The bullets are a little on the loud side when turned up to full power. Which isn't a problem in the bed room with the door closed, but would draw attention if others were around.

The butterfly frenzy is made out of TPR. It was practically odorless right out of the package. The material is very flexible and almost squishy. Which helps with insertion as you have to bend the two bullets apart a bit to fit it in to the vagina.

Overall both areas are very smooth. There are three little ridges on the underside of the butterfly/clitoris portion. Which help in applying pressure to the clitoral area, however I didn't notice them very much once the toy was turned on.

The design is a good idea for those that enjoy lots of clitoral stimulation and a little vaginal. The vaginal bullet does not penetrate very deeply and hardly stays in with out my hand holding it there. Size-wise it fit very comfortably, not to big and not to small as to 'lose' it in you. I would suggest this as a beginner to mid level toy.

Overall the butterfly frenzy is small enough to take with you on any trip. Easy to conceal in even a large purse. However I would be mindful of the amount of noise it makes when turned on, especially on the higher levels.

Overall I was not impressed with the extreme butterfly frenzy bullet. Even though it has both vaginal and clitoral stimulation it is still just a bullet, I would have liked more depth. For what it is though it does an excellent job. The controls are easy to use with the five settings controlled by a slim remote with a toggle button. The five vibration settings go from just a flutter all the way up to frenzy. I can definitely see where it got the name. The third setting is as high as I could comfortably handle on my clitoris. The vaginal bullet I would have liked to been able to set it on a higher setting, but since they are both controlled by the same motor they had to be at the same speed. When inserted you can still hear the vibrations very plainly. I would recommend only using this at home or in a closed room. Also be very careful with removal when you are through. You can see the wires going from the remote into the bottom bullet. They are only protected with a small hard plastic neck that keeps the squishy TPR off of them. This toy is definitely not waterproof.

Since it is not waterproof be very careful in cleaning. I used an anti-bacterial wipe to clean it thoroughly when I was though. Toy cleaner and warm water is also suggested but with care. I keep mine in the original box to protect it from lint and dust which it picks up from everywhere. Because of this I always wipe it down before and after use.

Both silicone and water based lubes are safe to use.

The packaging was basic run of the mill. A see-through clear plastic box with the advertisement printed on it in pink and black. Inside there is another piece of clear plastic to support and 'showcase' the Butterfly Frenzy. One little 1 inch by 1 inch piece of paper with a diagram of how to insert the batteries.

This box could be used as a storage box as long as it was not out in the open since it isn't very discreet. Storing the toy in some kind of lint free container is a good idea since the TPR collects dust and lint like it's a job.
