My Husband Feels Positively Radiant! While attempting to pass itself as a higher end G-Spot vibrator, the Harmony Radiance missed the mark due to its lack of girth and lightweight cheap feel. Its average power, average noise, and below average success in making me orgasm are offset by my husband's love of this toy, however, when used as a prostate stimulator. He rates it a four, I give it a two.....we'll settle on a 3 star rating for a toy that seems to be a better fit for the males out there!
For anal use the lack of a flared base means the user must be cautious to avoid losing the entire toy inside but the curve and ball end allow for prostate play and this has been the ultimate end use for this couple!
Other than the ball end of the shaft which has a very small ridge the Radiance is smooth as a cue ball with no seam lines from the molding process to scratch up your naughty bits. My only real complaint is the same that I had for the Harmony Divine sister vibe. The toy feels a bit cheap because it's so light. Heft = Quality. While easy on the wrists I wish the Radiance had some more weight to it to make it feel worthy of the price it commands.
The curvature of this vibrator is comfortable and not excessive and should help with access to the G-Spot but it didn't for me. The hard plastic is unyielding and doesn't simulate any cock I've had the pleasure of encountering but makes for good transmission of the decent vibrations from the motor.
Again, the size seems much more suited for anal play, particularly P-Spot stimulation and that's ultimately the use we settled on for the Radiance.
The Radiance lived up to its waterproof claim well and even after submerging in our hot tub for over half an hour there was zero moisture inside. Just be sure to tightly close the battery cover before any water activities to make for a good seal around the internal silicone ring. The battery cap is a little tough to grab due to it's placement at the end of the toy, it's curvature, and it's small size. My fingers had a hard time grasping it but my ever helpful hubby gave it a good twist after battery installation.
Speaking of batteries, this vibe will need two AAA's which have lasted us for over an hour of total run time thus far.
No instructions are provided nor are they really necessary other than statements saying that the Radiance is waterproof, takes 2 triple A batteries, and that the cap must be closed tightly (to maintain waterproofing).
It's also noted that the Radiance is available in both Yin and Yang colors which somehow to the people at Doc Johnson means black and white...
