G-spot vibrator discontinued
by Toyfriend

One friend you'll want all up in your business

The Nosy Toyfriend combines stimulation and style in one neat little vibrating package. It can target your g-spot like no other, but it can also be used externally to whisper sweet nothings to your clit. The silicone exterior is velvety soft and can be thoroughly cleaned for sharing. The vibration strength is no jackhammer, but it's enough to get you where you wanna go.

extremely useful review
Nosy arrives in a cardboard box with a plastic window and plastic inserts. The box is proportionally sized but not very sturdy or subtle, so I don't think I'll be keeping it for storage. The bright yellow color isn't what I usually go for, but it's actually pretty cool looking and unique amongst vibrators. It uses 2 AAA batteries, which are included. It also comes with it's own clear plastic stand so that it can be stored upright, which is a nice touch.

The toy itself is 7" long and the shaft has a 1.25" diameter, though I doubt I will be inserting that much of it. The "nose" is about 3" long (2.5" on the inside curve) with approximately 1" in diameter. So far it's proved to be a very accessible size.

The exterior of this vibrator is made of firm silicone. The finish is velvety and the nose's neck has some flex to it. It is hypoallergenic and free of latex and phthalates. It retains heat well and warms up easily in the palm of your hand. The surface has practically no drag, especially with the addition of a bit of water-based (no silicone!) lube.

As you might guess from the shape, Nosy was designed for g-spot stimulation. Every body is different, but so far Nosy has honed in on g-spots like a divining rod. To insert it you have to hold the shaft almost perpendicular to the receiver's body and then gently hook the nose inside. The tip is easy to manuver and conforms to the vaginal canal's curve. It's a great choice if you or your partner like to squirt. The motor is at the top of the vibrator's shaft, so it's not uncomfortable to hold it by hand for a long time as long as you grip the base. It excels at targeted stimulation, but this is not a vibrator for thrusting or getting that "filled up" feeling.

Nosy is also an effective clitoral vibrator. The vibrations at the tip of the nose are very gentle and good for sensitive clits or just warming things up. For less sensitive/thoroughly warmed up clits, I would recommend pressing the outside curve of the vibrator's neck against the clit (so that the nose is pointing away from your body). It is closer to the motor so the vibrations are stronger there and it is easier to apply blunt pressure. If used this way it could theoretically be used while something else was penetrating.

There is only one button so controlling Nosy is very easy. Press it once and it will come on at the first setting, which is hard and steady vibration. Press it again for the second setting, gentler vibration. Slow pulsing is the third, then faster pulsing, then rapid pulsing, and then the cycle starts over. To turn it off, simply hold the button down.

Nosy is definitely not the noisiest of vibrators. It doesn't have the rattling sound that hard plastic vibrators can have. The motor is somewhat muffled by the silicone casing, however I doubt you could use it in the same room with someone else without them knowing. I would say it's slightly more quiet than the average vibrator.

Traveling with Nosy would be a breeze (just make sure to remove the batteries, especially if you are flying). The matte finish doesn't collect lint as easily as glossy silicone. It is labeled as waterproof, but since I don't use toys with a motor in the water, all that means to me is that it shouldn't get ruined from unexpected spills as long as the cap is on nice and tight. Make sure to store it away from other silicone toys or rubbers of mysterious origin that might react with silicone. I like to keep it in the provided stand on a shelf. It's not the most discreet toy around, but it's also not blatantly phallic so some people (kids especially) might not be able to guess it's purpose.

Silicone is nonporous, so Nosy can be thoroughly cleaned for safe sharing between partners. It can be cleaned with anti-bacterial soap and water or diluted bleach. Do not boil or put it in the dishwasher.
Follow-up commentary
As time goes on I am enjoying the Nosy toyfriend even more than at the beginning. I am used to hard plastic vibrators, but having a one made of silicone that I can share is a real step up. I love how versatile it is and how it really zeros in on the g-spot. I see this friendship lasting a long time.
