My favorite quality about this toy is that it is essentially free! Who doesn't love free?! FREE VIBRATIONS! I know its a cock ring, but this review is going to be a review on how I used it - as a clitoral stimulant. I can't speak to the nature of how well it works as a cock ring, but ladies, you don't need a cock to use this!
The bullet sits on top of the ring, encased in TPR Silicone. Since this is really a one time use type of deal, you shouldn't worry about cleaning, and since there is no easy way to insert it into the vagina, lube isn't necessary either. It had no strong smell or taste (that I noticed at least.) The feel is interesting, as the ring is gooey to the touch. This makes it great to be able to fit around any size penis or amount of fingers, depending on how you'd like to use it. The on-off switch is found on the side of the bullet which is easy to find. The packaging is easy to tear open, and when you're done using it, you can throw it right in the trash! I've read that people keep the ring and/or the bullet, but since it's a free gift, I'm quite alright using it one time.
The vibrations were strong enough to get me off, and it is super quiet. It definitely can't be heard behind closed doors. This is a fantastic alternate to a large vibrator that you don't want to lug around.
I would pack a few of these in my purse or in an overnight for some disposable pleasure! They would also make fantastic gifts or stocking stuffers. While I've really never been a fan of cock rings, I couldn't resist the urge to throw it in my order as the free gift - I mean, come on, it vibrates. When it arrived, it sat on my desk for a few weeks as I played with other toys. One night I decided to use it on myself as a bullet, and I think it was one of the best ideas I've ever had. It works just as well as any bullet, and you can use the ring to put your fingers through. While insertion isn't exactly an option, I was quite satisfied using it externally only (which is what it's meant for, anyway.)

It's stretchy, so it shouldn't be too difficult. You might check the reviews to see if they mention how hard it is to do :-)

I always get the wipes as my free gift. They're great for cleaning external use toys or for giving internal use toys a quick wipe down before I fall asleep, and then going for the soap and water the next morning. I also use them to sanitise my laptop keyboard and my asthma inhaler.

The product information specifies that the power source is not replaceable - that's probably what it refers to. As a non-vibrating ring, you could probably use it more than once, though I don't know how durable it is. Looks like there's plenty of reviews on it that could give you a more in-depth look.

Essentially what it means is you can't replace the batteries. You CAN however replace the bullet with a more high quality one and get a few more uses out of the ring after the power source dies!

For those of you who received an EdenFantasy Vibrating Ring as a free gift, how long has it lasted? The product description says 30 minutes. We've definitely had more than 30 minutes of use and our is still going!

Mine lasted a bit under 30 minutes with the original bullet, but we are going on over a couple of weeks with the EF bullet in it!

So there is only the one setting for vibration.. hm.. well, you are right.. it is free! lol Maybe my next order I'll add it as a free gift and my partner and I will give it a try. We need strong vibes so as long as it's strong, it'd be good. No, I don't think I'd go through the trouble of replacing the bullet. It's quite strong as it is, plus I don't think I'd want to keep using the ring over and over again...it feels like it should only be used once. And really, that's how it was intended, so it makes sense.
I wish I had paid attention to how long I used it for : ( Next time I'll pay better attention!
