I know that it says Disposable, but is it possible to use it more than once if its cleaned and maintained? What exactly makes it "disposable"? Does it just have a certain amount of battery life or what?

Constructive discussions on Cock rings:

Using an STP during your period?
So, I was considering turning one of my packers into an STP. I was wondering, though, what do you do when you're on your period? I've mostly heard..

Which high end vibrating cock ring is stronger and has a good battery life?
I got the Jopen ego v3 recently and while the vibrations were pretty strong, the battery life sucks! I'm talking 10-20 minutes of use and then is...

Drawstring Pouches or other storage bags
I am sure that this has been brought up before, but I would love to see EF carry drawstring pouches again. So many of my silicone toys came without a.

Gear Essentials Rings

The product information specifies that the power source is not replaceable - that's probably what it refers to. As a non-vibrating ring, you could probably use it more than once, though I don't know how durable it is. Looks like there's plenty of reviews on it that could give you a more in-depth look.

Essentially what it means is you can't replace the batteries. You CAN however replace the bullet with a more high quality one and get a few more uses out of the ring after the power source dies!

I have written numerous reviews on the 'disposable' cock rings. They are reusable and with a better bullet, very desirable!!

yea basically you can use it until it runs out of juice so to speak and then find a replacement or get creative

It lasts as long as the batteries do. It isnt a "one use" kind of disposable. Unless of course you have crazy long sex

I just took out the bullet and cleaned it with hot soap and water. It lasted a few more sessions without the bullet until I pulled it until it broke haha. I'm a big fan of rings. You can get another free one, it's really not bad for free!

I'm not sure why it says disposable. I didn't dispose of mine, since it's made of silicone I didn't see why I had too. And the battery still works.

It's disposable because they only have a certain amount of battery life and you can't replace the batteries. Now if you didn't use it for the whole time and wanted to save it for next time, then yes you can clean it and reuse it.

I dont see why you couldn't reuse it. I think its just considered "disposable" because you can not replace the battery. The package says up to 30 minutes of use.

Only used mine near the end of the session for about 15 minutes and it still works. Definitely more than one time use, but the batteries will run out eventually.

Non-replaceable. Checked every where, and once it dies, it's well.. Trash.

I belive that after so long the battery runs out and it quits working and you cant buy new batteries for it

I agree with the general theme here! The disposable aspect relates to the bullet - since the batteries can't be replaced. But if kept clean with proper sanitation and in a baggie or pouch, it can definitely be used with another bullet! Since it is porous, just make sure to clean before and after use.
