I use it on him almost every time we have a sexual act. It's safe for avoiding pregnancy as well as a mess if you use a condom with it (although we haven't). It looks nice and feels nice and has a unique smell to it. It's not that flattering but it definitely isn't a problem either. It sounds nice. We normally use this toy along with my simple vibrator. He sits in front of me with his legs around me and I play with myself with the vibrator and use the sleeve on him at the same time.
