Asuka was pretty much what I expected: a masturbation sleeve and an inflatable pillow with holes. This is definitely a great gift for the anime fans out there. The sleeve is really the winner in this package.

Use

Asuka comes in two pieces: the masturbator and the inflatable unit. The general idea is that you blow up the doll, insert a slightly lubed sleeve, and go to town. This is both a hand-held and a free standing toy. You can either mount the pillow or get on bottom and let the pillow ride you.

The sleeve was actually my favorite part. Unlike other sleeves I've used, this has no back. This did lead to an interesting visual when going the other way through the sleeve.

Asuka is also ready and willing to be "the other woman", even if she's inflatable.

Material / Texture

STRAWBERRIES! My room STILL smells like strawberries because of Asuka's sleeve. The pillow smells like a brand new pair of water wings or inner tube. Strangely, I thought it was a comforting smell.

The interior of the sleeve is a series of ridges which sound like a straw when you're using it. It almost sounds like a twisty-bendy straw. The sleeve is also very thin. If you're using it as just a sleeve, both your body temp and grip will undoubtedly be felt around your penis. True, you could adjust your grip, but it really didn't feel too far off of using my hand.

Given the other sleeves out there, I'd recommend this more for beginners than advanced users.

Shape / Design / Size / Fit

Given the clean-up involved, I think this is a design fail. There are five different places to put the sleeve in the pillow, but they're in weird places. The Asuka picture on the pillow is really there for the user to look at instead of having sex with any particular part of her. Not a single orifice on the image. There's one on either side (left and right), one on the bottom (feet?), one in the front, and one in the back. There's no picture on the back.

Also, Asuka only has (rather nice) tits. She has no vagina, just a hump.

Going back to the sleeve, it is rather loose. TPR is very elastic and will accommodate a wide variety of sized penises. It's not that long, given the texture, this shouldn't be too much of an issue.

Care and Maintenance

You can find the care instructions here for the sleeve. The pillow is just plastic: hose off as needed.

TPR is pretty temperature sensitive, but should still be cleaned with warm soap and water. Given the shape of the sleeve, I don't think it can be turned inside out.

Given the hassle you're going to have when cleaning the pillow, I wouldn't even mess with it. It's not a bad visual, but it could be pretty difficult cleaning out the pockets.

For storage, keep the sleeve in a plastic bag. You can either keep the pillow inflated or inflate when needed; it is up to your storage space and how much hassle you're willing to deal with.

Packaging

As you can see in the video on the product page, there is NO WAY you could mistake this package for anything but a sexy toy, a blow up toy nonetheless.

The pillow was nicely folded up in a plastic bag with some tissue paper to keep it from building up too much static. Asuka's nipples were also covered with light brown tape. I guess these could be patches too, if Asuka pops a leak.

I got a kick out of the instructions too. On the back of the package, you can see a figure that reminds me of the guy on the "Men's room" sign finally getting some action. Go bathroom sign guy!

I'm going to keep the sleeve and maybe frame the pillow under a large frame. I like the Lolita-like drawing.
Follow-up commentary
The sleeve wasn't that great and the blow-up doll was just a bop'm doll. Everything ended up tossed out in the end.

Good review, The framing the pillow idea was my favorite line. I second kck definitely a conversation stater.

Also, mine doll in this series smelled like vanilla maybe if you get all of the dolls in the line together it'd be like a fruit salad.
