When I opened this toy I was excited to use it, but kind of put off by the actual look of it. The best way to use this toy would be for male masturbation. Though the vibrator could possibly used as a clitoral stimulator if your partner wants to get involved. I found it easiest to hold the main section in my right hand and the pump in my left. It is a hand held masturbator, so you do need both hands. This can be a little distracting if you are using it with a partner. This toy has two different parts that stimulate. One is the vibrator and the other is the actual "hole" itself. I'm not a huge fan of vibrators while masturbating, but this one is nice when only it is being used.
