There is no question that this is a strange looking contraption. It’s difficult to tell exactly what it does and how to use it until it’s out of the package. It has several parts and no meaningful instructions are provided so I experimented. At first glance, it almost appears as if one end is a prostate massager, although it’s not as the power cord (which is attached to an adapter) must be inserted into the end. The Miracle Massager Stroker requires that it be plugged into a power supply in order to work. There is a switch located on the side that has three positions – off, “low” and “high” speeds. The large knob on the end serves as a traditional vibrator and there is an additional protuberance on one side that is also covered with a plastic cap. It’s great fun to just spend time rubbing either the large knob or the smaller one all over your body although it’s necessary to use lube for the best effects.

The best feature, however, is the penis sleeve that can be attached to the large vibrating knob. The sleeve is the most obvious component to this massager/masturbator. No imagination is needed to figure out what to do with that. Prior to use, the protective cap is removed and then the sleeve is inserted onto the nub that’s underneath. This is where the fun really begins. First of all, I wasn’t about to stick my cock into this contraption until I tried the Miracle Massager’s two settings first. Both are very loud (I’m sure it can be heard in other rooms), although ear protection is not needed. What surprised me was the intensity for both settings – they’re very strong. Just the same, my penis now felt safe to explore interior of the sleeve so I lubed up and inserted my semi-hard cock and flipped the switch to the low setting . . .

OMG! What an incredible sensation! Without a doubt, this is the most unique masturbator I’ve tried. The feeling was AMAZING. Although the low power setting is still very powerful, not only did my dick get hard but, in fact, it got VERY hard – almost as if it had been placed in a penis pump. The feeling is very intense! I was surprised to discover that I didn’t cum immediately. In fact, I think that even the low setting may be too strong and actually prevents that from happening (at least for me) but the sensations was simply amazing! After spending time with this great masturbator, I usually finish up manually or with another toy. Just the same, Miracle Massager is amazing. For me, I think this is the best Cal Exotics toy I’ve yet tried.

The materials for the Miracle Massager are not listed on the packaging. According to EF’s web site, it's made from polypropelyne, PVC, and TPE. Presumably the handle is made from polypropelyne (as it is rigid) and the massaging knob is somewhat soft and appears to be made from PVC. The sleeve is soft and feels rubbery. This means it can be squeezed during use to alter the tightness. Both the massager and the sleeve feel porous. A little lube is useful when using it as a massager; otherwise, it doesn’t slide easily over the skin. Lube must be used with the sleeve, otherwise, I suspect that it might hurt during use due to the strength of the vibrations.

The interior text of the sleeve is probably of the greatest importance to men. The sleeve contains two sets of ridges – a set of three on one half and a set of four on the opposite half. The important thing is to place one set under your dick – it didn’t matter if the 3 or 4 ridge side is used. Turning it sideways (so the ridges are on the side of your penis) doesn’t do much.

This is a rather large toy. Even so, the curved handle is small enough that nearly everyone will be able to hold it securely. The curved shape allows the massager to explore many parts of the body. The massager does require the use of an adapter (for power). The cord from the adapter could certainly be longer and, although somewhat inconvenient, especially when compared to battery operated toys, it doesn’t get in the way too much.

The penis sleeve has a “vaginal depth” that is approximately 5” (maybe slightly less) so nearly all men will should be able to hit the end (which really doesn’t feel that good). Even though I’m just an average guy, I wish the sleeve was a bit longer.

I’ve already mentioned that this is a two-speed massager/masturbator and that the speed is adjusted by a switch located on the handle. The switch has two positions to adjust the speed of the vibrations and is easy to change, even during use. I wouldn’t recommend starting on the highest speed.

When using the sleeve, it’s best to insert your cock first and then turn the vibrator on (using the low setting to begin). It’s also very helpful to get the electric cord out of the way. One of my only complaints is that the massager is loud which makes it difficult, if not impossible to use if prying ears are in the vicinity.

As this toy requires power, the handle should never be immersed in water (especially if it’s plugged in). The handle and the massager head should be cleaned with a damp cloth. The penis sleeve is easily removed and may be cleaned with mild soap or warm water. Water and silicone lubes should be safe to use with both TPR and PVC – the choice is yours.

The packaging is disappointing. The Miracle Massager comes in a clear plastic box that contains very little information – no information about materials, cleaning instructions, or how to use it. The vibrator is securely packed inside but the outside plastic box is so thin, that it was smashed a bit when it arrived.

A somewhat bizarre set of “safety instructions” is included inside – most of these instructions pertain to keeping it away from water, especially during use. A couple of the more interesting admonitions include:

1. “This product is designed to be used for pleasure and simulating massage and should be used as such.” (Really? I would never have thunk a Massaging Masturbator could be used for such purposes!)
2. “Do not operate where dangerous aerosols are being used or oxygen is being administered.” Hmmm….

There are DISTURBING warnings such as:

3. “Supervision is necessary when using this product around children or disabled persons?” Huh? What?! What kind of sicko would use this around children?
4. “Do not allow children to operate this product.” Why would anyone allow a child to operate a masturbator?

As well as funny statements:

5. “Do not use this product on any part of the head.” I guess that depends on which head you want to use it on.
6. “Do not fall asleep when using this product.” Considering how loud the Miracle Massager is, you would have to be dead to fall asleep while using it!

Who writes these things?!

Despite the loudness of the vibrator, this is one hot masturbator! It feels very different than any others I’ve tried and I’m very surprised that it doesn’t make me cum. I’m suspect that has to do with how strong the vibrations are. I’m sure that it might make other men cum right away. Another surprising thing is how hard it gets me. In fact, it makes me extra hard. Overall, this is one great masturbator/massager. I only wish it wasn’t so loud.
