This ring is made of TPR Silicone, which is an unknown amount of silicone and plastic combined. It comes in a basic plastic pouch that had see-through window with an easy open nick in the left side of the package. It's emblazoned with the EdenFantasys logo,of course.
The vibrations are quite decent for myself and got me to orgasm within 5-10 minutes (Whoo, that means I have at least 2 more awesome uses left in it!) with ease. The vibrations are strong and almost completely silent. The on/off switch, however, is a bit difficult to turn on/off easily and has really rough edges on it. It only has one vibration mode,on. I'd rate it at 3 vrooms with it in the silicone ring, but 4 vrooms outside of it. I wouldn't use it without the ring though,the rough seams on the bullet would irritate the hell out of whatever they'd touch.
If the inner ring didn't break, I would put another bullet in there for easier adjustments.
The purple ring gives me a huge craving for gummy items, I have been tempted to chew on it. It's wonderfully squishy and has no taste (alright...I did lick it at least).
It's nice and stretchy, but don't overstretch or do it too hard/fast as the inner ring easily rips.
Since it's silicone, I suggest only using water-based lubes with the ring and not to use it with silicone toys either.
For storage: I would suggest placing it inside a zip-lock bag or in a box so it won't get lint/hair/dust on it. This is a sticky material and a magnet for those items. If you do store it elsewhere, remove the bullet and rinse it off with warm water and pat dry.
Don't use this without a condom if you have multiple partners or are not fluid-bonded with as it's a bit difficult to clean. But, then again, it does list itself as disposable. Toss it in the trash bin after using it. (I couldn't bring myself to do that, as the battery hasn't died yet and I'm not using this with a partner.)

This is still a fun thing to use every once in a while with my toys or even just on my fingers to spice up manual stimulation. I don't have a partner, so I cannot tell you what issues/positive effects it has on a male.
The length of time varies on the battery life, I've had it last up to 5 sessions of 20-30 minutes before slowly dying. Most of the time, the squishy ring rips before the battery finally lets out.

The product information specifies that the power source is not replaceable - that's probably what it refers to. As a non-vibrating ring, you could probably use it more than once, though I don't know how durable it is. Looks like there's plenty of reviews on it that could give you a more in-depth look.

Essentially what it means is you can't replace the batteries. You CAN however replace the bullet with a more high quality one and get a few more uses out of the ring after the power source dies!

There's really not much to lose by trying this out as a free gift. If it doesn't reach you/your partner's clit,use it on the balls of a dildo facing backwards while inserted or as a finger vibe.

I'm wondering, though, how did you partner feel about it? And what was the maximum stretch? I'm a bit worried as my guy is quite girthy.
I didn't have a partner, I just slipped it on a dildo. The dildo is average girth but I could stretch it to fit my fist (that's when it ripped the inner ring area,outer stayed intact). So, I'd say it'd fit a guy up to 6 1/2 inches circumference without too many issues.
