Silicone, check. Inexpensive, check. Has value, check. It ships in a standard bubble package, with 2 small lube envelopes (still as yet unopened as we used our usual). It has an enlarged head area about dotted with studs and shaped like a natural circumsized penis. Along the tube area is a wide array of different nubs and points all fairly soft and flexible but adding good sensations for her.

So it's a good penis extension, right. Well, not so fast.

It is not without merit or value but it simply is not a valid penis extension. Yes wearing it will extend your penis. You will however very likely see a decrease in length as you lose all tactile sensation. It is simply too thick a material, much like the loss of sensation experienced with condom use, but at about 50 times the thickness. So in doing the math you can see where it falls short, pun intended. It also desensitizes the ability to aim by memory or gauge thrust to depth ratio, a very important factor if you think about it from a female perspective. They may say harder, deeper, faster, but that can rapidly become Ow, owww, OWWWWWWW!!!!

So why a 3 star rating??? Where this item shines is as a vibrator/dildo enhancement. We added it to a simple vibrator and added a whole new degree of use and sensation to an older toy. The vibrations transfer well to the tiny appendages and the increased size and length of the toy were noticeable and welcome. It is also very simple to put on, simply roll the tube and then roll it onto the shaft like a condom. It is silicone and as such very easy to clean with the usual suspects (toy cleaner, alcohol swab, hot soapy water) an it can simply air dry from there.

I'm not positive if I would truly recommend this. I would certainly not recommend it for its original intended use, but I might as a way to enhance or revisit an older toy.
