Good question. I don't know if I'd be disappointed... Probably have some weird feelings, but thankfully, I don't find it neccessary for my partner to add to his size. I couldn't imagine it being a larger size. I already have problems with pain during intercourse. Often times it'll cause problems for a day or two later. I had a really annoying tear a couple weeks ago so HECK no to adding girth!
However, I can understand feeling disappointed. I can understand both sides. Men want to be enough, People in general want to be enough so it can be hurtful to feel that you arent. It can also be hard to be the woman who needs more than she's getting. Both sides would make one hell of a complicated situation. I wish I had better advice
My personal feelings about them is that they aren't neccessary and I bet you'll find that most women are satisfied with average sizes! I am and many I know are. However, some simply want it as large as possible. If that's the case, then you shouldn't feel that you aren't enough. It's simply because she wants something larger than what's natural and I don't see any reason for being down on yourself. I mean, I understand it'd make you feel bad, but you shouldn't. I'm sure there's nothing to worry about.

I was listening to Dan Savage the other day, and he quoted some statistics that were interesting. By and large statistically, women who are in relationships with men who have a condition known as "micropenis" are more satisfied with their sex lives than other women. That's because those men try harder.
I hate to sound like a broken record, but size does NOT matter, as long as you don't mind using your mouth, hands, feet, arms, legs, toys and anything else you can think of.
My take on this? Regardless of your size, you don't need an extender to give you extra inches. You may choose to use one from time to time, but you'd be far better off developing your other abilities - and finding a woman who can appreciate them!
Just my 2 cents.

It's an interesting statistic. I wonder what the most favorite "micropenis" of them all — Howard Stern — would say to that?

I don't really know. My guy doesn't need one, I'm happy and satisfied. But he did buy this sleeve at a store, it looked like a dragon and had all these textures and he thought it would be nice for me and I'd like the feeling. The head of the dragon was a little bit of an extension, slightly smaller than the one pictured in the topic here. All I have to say is it was painful and I hated it. He cut the head of the dragon off but that wasn't enough. It was too firm and the texture was horrible. He also said it was worse than having a condom on as far as losing sensation goes. It also added girth which I wasn't liking either. Just an overall bad experience with that one. Stay away from the dragons lol!

If you are a size queen they can be fun or if you have never been with an above average man. Granted the man has a bit of a learning curve to using them so noobies may have trouble.

Extenders would cause me pain with hubby but my ex bf would have benefited from using one. I wish I had known about them at the time.
