Here are four separate ways the toy can be used:
1. Loop one ring around the cock and keep the little "stimulator nub" in the other ring, rotated so that it is above the shaft. The stimulating nub will rub against her clit in missionary position (or her anus when entering from behind!)
2. Rotate the ring around your cock so the stimulating nub in the other ring is against the balls. Depending on which way you have it facing, this can either stimulate her clitoris or anus depending on position, or it will caress the scrotum with each thrust.
3. Pop out the stimulating nub, then loop one ring over your cock, and pop your balls through the other ring.

The texture of this toy is wonderful. It's super soft and stretchy, but not TOO stretchy like a jelly material. Also, it is made of 100% medical grade silicone, which makes it safe to boil and sterilize for use with multiple partners (or just to keep things super clean!) However, it's quite soft in texture, and tends to pick up a ton of dust and lint, so after cleaning mine I pop it into a Ziploc in the toy box, which seems to keep it relatively lint and dust-free!
