How to Perform Deep Throat - instructional video - review by namastetouch

While browsing through the vast array of DVDs available on the site with my boyfriend, we came upon this intriguing selection. He spotted it immediately, and it went something like this:

Him-"Hey, how about that one??"
(I decided I would mess with him a little...)

He cracks me up. I love messing with him, but I promise I'm not that much of a bitch all the time.

Anyway, the video definitely looks like a must-see. Three lovely and talented ladies guiding us all through the mystery of deep throat. Unfortunately, I was quite disappointed with this film. I'll start with a brief review of each tutorial.

Caren Caan:
Very sweet approach. She made me feel very comfortable and she was easy to follow. Deep throat was barely mentioned, but at least I picked up a tip or two on fellatio.

Veronica Jett:
Came across in a very professional manner. She even gave a quick little anatomy lesson. Not a whole lot was explained-it was more of her just doing what she does. She appears to be very good at it, by the way.

Roxetta:
Totally comical, but I'm pretty sure it wasn't supposed to be that way. She came across totally slutty and unappealing. At the beginning she even said things like, "This will keep your man at home every night instead of coming to girls like me". So right off the bat I was turned off by this "tutorial". There were hardly any explanations, and when she did come up for air, the things she tried to explain just came out in a totally laughable way. In short, her tutorial was more of a low budget, dirty porno flick.

Out of the three tutorials, I enjoyed Caren Caan's the most. She approached the topic of fellatio in such a way that it made me feel like I was being taught by a close friend. However, in all three tutorials, I felt like I was being taught how to give a blowjob instead of how to perform deep throat. I realize that being able to give a good blowjob is important, but I thought deep throat may be a little bit more emphasized. The subject was touched on in each tutorial briefly but the only tips seemed to be, "Relax your throat" and other very vague and obvious instructions. My main concern with deep throating was the gag reflex and throwing up all over my guy's dick. I would think that this would have been something that would be addressed in more detail, but the subject was brought up and followed by example where you couldn't tell what they were doing differently. I suppose it was more of a "you just have to get used to it" kind of thing. Roxetta put it in a lovely way: "You may even vomit, but that shouldn't stop the fun." I would personally have to disagree with that statement.

So what I DID learn, is that there is no special "secret" to deep throating. Videos like this seem to advertise that there is some sort of special formula or secret technique that nobody seems to know about. The only true method is practice, practice, practice!
