Kissing in a Winter Wonderland??
If you love a natural vanilla scent and don't mind lip gloss that is sticky and thick and may take an hour or so to really soak into your lips, this is a great product for you. It is also nicely packaged if you wish to give it as a gift.However, if you prefer a lip gloss that glides on or want "kissable lips" that don't stick to your partner when they try to walk away, I'd suggest you look elsewhere.
This is a great product, just not sure it is a great value.

Use
Cake Beauty has come out with a thick, sensuous nearly-nude line of lip glosses that add shimmer and sparkle to your lips. With the glitter and shine in these glosses, I recommend them more for evening use than daywear.
The set is made up of three glosses: Vanilla Frost, Pink Icicle and Gold Glimmer.
Vanilla frosted is creamy pearl with an "opalescent shine". I find it to be a very pale pink which mainly gives the lips some sparkle and glimmer without much color.
Pink Icicle is supposed to be sheer pink with a diamond sparkle. As others have noted, it is more of a bubblegum pink color.
The final shade is the Gold Glimmer. This one is supposed to be nude with a golden sheen.
I tried to put these on my arm to show you the colors but that did not work because they were too light. So instead, I put them on a white sheet of paper.
I was also able to get my daughter to model one for you.

Great review. I just adore these glosses. I'm sorry you don't like them! I don't find them to be sticky at all, but I have a lot of super sticky lip glosses at home. LOL

Owl - they are nice quality and you might like them. I certainly don't regret that I received them to review as my free assignment.
StainedClear - I do really prefer slick glosses that aren't sticky so these just feel really thick to me. They are very pretty as far as not giving "too much" color but just enough and adding shine. I'm glad you adore them.
Everyone else - thanks for the comments. I'm glad that I was able to share a slightly different perspective than others.
The thing is - I probably wouldn't hesitate to spend the money on them as a gift for someone else. But for me - for everyday use - I'm too frugal and "cheap" when it comes to makeup, etc. I'm not a high quality gal - I appreciate it - but it isn't one of those things where I HAVE to have a high quality brand.
I got the vanilla one in a gift set (a review i did) i found the lipgloss super sticky to. I did the ice cube over it after putting it on and it seemed to help alot with the overall stickiness of it. I'm personally a thin shiny kind lip gloss gal. Awsoe review though gld i wasn't the only one who found them sticky.
vanilla sugar cookies yum, my hubby would like that. I'm not much of a makeup girl at all and when I do wear a little, I don't want anything that's sticky. Thanks for the awesome review.

Ugh, sticky gloss :/ You can find 1 to 5€ glosses that aren't sticky where I live :/ Nice review, though.
