The Sex in the Shower Dildo w/ Suction Cup is pretty much exactly what it says. A simple, rubber dildo with a flat base that comes with a suction cup that attaches to the base. It's easy to put together and use, and it's kind of pretty too.
The toy is meant primarily for internal vaginal use in the shower-- hence the name-- although the flat base implies that it could possibly be used for anal play as well (although it's pretty thick, so it wouldn't be for beginners).
With just a little bit of pressure you can stick the dildo (with the suction cup attached) to almost any flat, smooth surface. So while it's meant to go in the shower, the counter, toilet seat, or even a perfectly smooth floor would also suffice in most cases.
As a related noted, I will mention that the suction cup does not stick properly to anything textured. This means that if your shower/tub is like mine and has a "non-slip" bottom, it's probably not going to work wherever that is.
