Forplay liquid review

Forplay Liquid is one water-based liquid lube with which I was actually very pleased. The lube is definitely light and thin, but unlike some liquid lubes, it pretty much stayed where I wanted it and didn’t run all over the place. The lube is clear and odorless with a slightly sweet flavor.

Most important, Forplay Liquid was amazingly slick for a water-based liquid lube, and remained slick throughout use. I used it with a fairly large jelly toy and did not have to reapply it once. It is very clean and natural feeling, but reduces friction significantly enough to make jelly toys comfortable.

The lube did not become thick or sticky at all during use; it retained its original slippery thick liquid properties. This one is definitely not a gel, but it does have a little more weight than many liquid lubes.

Cleanup with this lube was amazingly easy, both on myself and on my toy. The toy rinsed off with just water, though I did give it a once-over with some antibacterial soap. I pretty much cleaned off with a dry towel without any discomfort or sticky residue. I gave myself a wipe with a baby wipe and another drying for hygiene’s sake, but these were really unnecessary in terms of comfort.

I’d not really heard of Forplay Liquid lubricant before trying it out for review purposes, but I am very, very pleased with this product. It is slippery, clean, long-lasting, and easy to clean up. It reduces friction enough for toy play, and is not unpleasant to smell or taste.

The lube is also fairly economical compared to many lubes of the same quality. Overall, I will definitely recommend Forplay Liquid lube in the future. It is light and clean enough for intercourse, but stands up well to even jelly toys and does not require frequent, if any, reapplications.
