Get it wet!
What more can you ask for from a lube thats reasonably priced, easy to open and close lid, and a little goes a long way. Its cheap and lasts quite some time if used from time to time.Published: September 1, 2010
Pros:
easy access lid, flips open and close
Cons:
nothing really. maybe have exotic flavors
This is something worth trying. As a married couple, we really enjoyed this lube! Ha ha. We are young so we decided to give lube a try to minus out that 15 mins. of foreplay. It sure did minus that 15 mins out!
I actually bought a ton of these as a gag gift for my bridesmaids when we got married but I never finished their goody baskets so here I was, newly married with 8 bottles of WET lube. Curious, we decided to try it. Now this particular one is water based, so clean up was easy. I did not see any stains on our bedsheets so we were also good there!
It's fairly cheap so its a great buy. I have seen it at my local sex shop store and also at our local mall, a store called Spencers. You may also be able to get a sample from them via online. The bottle is basically a plastic squeeze bottle but you can just hold it up side down and let it drop into your hand. Just be careful not to get too much or you'll need some towels on the side of you as well! The lube itself is clear and no scent, which is a plus, unless you want flavored lubes. Which I believe they do offer.
A little goes a long way. I say that with any lube out there. My opinion, water-based types are much more runnier than say the silicone-based lubes. Keep it on your beside, if you have children, hidden away. But i would totally recommend this to anyone who is trying lube for the first time. I'm sure this could even be used in place of WD40! Ha ha! So pace yourself, use a little at a time, or you'll end up slipping off your partner!

I have been using ID pleasure for years. I tried WET and it seemed to be a bit more watered down to me. Not a bad thing just not my thing.
Anyonee lse have this going for you too? -
I used to hate Wet products, they came off as cheap.
Until I tried their synergy line. I fell in love with both the original, and the tingle lubricant.
The Synergy is water and silicone mixed, which produces a gel. I hate water down lubricants.
As long as you don't use it with silicone toys, its fine. -
I used to feel the same way about wet

Why not the same looking containers for this product?

Why is the 3.5, the 4.8, and the 10 oz bottles of this lubricant sold in cool looking bottles, while the 0.8 amount and the 1.5 sold in smaller, weirder shapes? Why not miniatures of the cooler versions? Why a toothpaste looking bottle and a hand sanitizer looking bottle? Comments? Agreements?

Personally I don't care either way for stuff like this, none of the bottles are something I would want to display and the ease of use on all of them seems about the same, so it's not going to make a difference to me between the options. -

Agreements? At the size of the bottles for those smaller ones, the "neat" bottle wouldn't work. The little "handle hold" on the side of the bottle would actually be the entire length of the bottle. There just isn't enough product to warrant making the bigger bottle. However, if you contact Wet Lubricants, they always take suggestions well and could explain it further.

Thank you for viewing Wet gel lubricant – water based lube review page!

oops, i totally reviewed the wrong one. the one i have is the flip top. not the screw on lid.
Welcome to EF.
Good first review.
Welcome! Try using the extended template next time, as it will help you write longer, more detailed reviews. Good first review, thanks!
Thanks for the help everyone! I'm trying! Hopefully I get to better status as I review the products I've tried!
Welcome. Include any ingredients too, that can be really helpful to someone who may have allergies to specific ones.
Good review, as QT mentioned, including ingredients helps. Often times I won't read the product itself, just reviews, and having that information readily available helps. Also, you could talk about the texture of it, the flavor, the smell, some of those are make or break deals for people.
thanks everyone! I will certainly keep that in mind.
