Good basic lubricant, but could do better.

Pros:
Slippery, and will stay so with water and your natural wetness.

ID Glide Lube is a good basic lubricant to have in your stash of toys. It's water-based, which means it's compatible with toys and latex condoms, and a drop of water onto areas of the body you've already added lube to will make you slippery and good to go again. The last trick means a bottle will last you quite some time, as well!
ID Glide is not natural, however. It contains glycerin, which some sensitive parts find irritating, and then there's all the nasty chemicals as well. Aside from a latex allergy, I don't really have very sensitive skin, and still I tend to find that ID Glide gets me through a session with a partner or toy, but then, as I'm lying there in post-orgasmic bliss it starts to itch, and itch, and itch. Suddenly, my post-orgasmic bliss is no longer blissful, and I'm running to the bathroom to wash it all off. It's easy enough to clean off, though - a damp towel will do the trick, and you'll only need soap if you're sensitive to the glycerin.
Being water-based, it won't last very long on the body, although as I mentioned, you can add a drop of water to give it some extra life once it's dried up, and your own natural lubricants will help as well. Unfortunately, this does mean it isn't suitable for anal sex unless you're prepared to pump it out like there's no tomorrow or have a lot of that water on hand.
It's not a lube for anal fun. It's not a lube for sensitive souls. It's not a lube for anyone but the toughest cookies. It got pretty good ratings but it's like the worst thing I ever tried maybe 2/5. So not sure if it's just my personal preference or just plain different. Ingredients looks like the same tho. I read your durex warming review! I like that lube and use it to the day. This is far worse than that in terms of smell and performance. I got a premium silicone lube recently and I can finally understand why people gave 2/5 to the durex warming :) But I like it anyway, it's different. But made me realize what tacky really means and now I got a better picture.

Why is this product not sold in the same types of containers?

I am wondering why the different weights are sold in different containers. The 17.5 oz. container looks the best, but costs more. The 4 oz bottle looks weird, and I don't like it. They should be sold in same-looking containers. Any comments? Agreements?

I think it'd be much better if they made them all the same as you suggested. I guess they figure they're just giving people a choice in the way the lube is disposed?

Personally it doesn't bother me what the bottle looks like. Some I am sure are easier to conceal in a pocket or purse for the purpose of travel. Others do to their size like the one I baught being 35 oz. looks like a shampoo bottle and you could probably have out in the open as long as someone didn't take to close a look at it. I am sure they had their reasons for making the bottles the way they did.
