Between the products that don't do what they say to the products that go way overboard with the sensation to the point of burning unpleasantness, there are few that measure up to their hype. This one does. While it doesn't provide explosive orgasms and it won't necessarily make you want to have sex if you really don't want to, it does provide a very pleasurable, cooling sensation that adds to the enjoyment of foreplay and sexual intercourse. While I have noticed that other reviewers have described the sensation as "warming", my husband and I both agreed that the effect was definitely a "cooling" one for us. So perhaps it depends on the user. Regardless, it was very, very nice and we will use this one often. This product can be used for men or women and is safe for oral sex. It DOES contain Saccharin if that is an issue for you.

The initial texture is lotiony. It won't work as a lubricant and isn't intended to. It isn't necessarily greasy or sticky, but it will leave a residue on your hands which you'll probably want to have a tissue or towel handy to wipe off unless you don't mind it all over your sheets. Its texture makes it easy to apply and stay in place. It absorbs enough that it doesn't leave a mess to clean up afterward. The container is a tube with a screw-off lid. To dispense, just squeeze a small amount on your hand (you don't need a lot to get a good effect).

It smells just like it's supposed to - like orange dreamsicle - yummy. Very pleasant, not overwhelming, mouth-watering. My hubby and I both agree on the taste - again, very pleasant. Very much like orange dreamsicles, but with a hint of mint (which I assume is to add to the cooling sensation - it will cool your mouth, too). The taste is sweet, but not sickeningly so. I am very picky about what I use in that respect, because my gag reflex doesn't respond well to anything but really good flavors. This one is a definite keeper.

The cooling sensation lasted for both us between 10-15 minutes depending on how much activity was going on. It felt to be about the temperature of fairly cool water, not necessarily ice water. It cleaned off without more than the usual after-sex clean-up. The pleasurable sensation, yummy scent and pleasant flavor make for a treat most users would enjoy (if you like orange dreamsicles).
