Slick, slick, slick, ow.....
Let's just say that Wet Gel Lubricant really does put the can't in lubricant. I know that's a very cheesy thing to say, but it's very true. It really can't hold up to much use and abuse, and it melded very fast into my body.Published: January 26, 2011

Yes, anyone that reads much of my reviews knows that I use a lot of lube. I do need it with toys and sex. I do really go through the stuff fast. So, I get to try out a lot of kinds of lubes. I do love it and lube does make things easier for me. Those of you that don't need it don't know how lucky you are. I really wish that I had learned about lubricants when I was first having sex. That would have made life so much easier back then.
But now, I give anything I can get my hands on a shot.
I picked up Wet Gel Lubricant just to see how it was. It's a water based lube that is odorless, tasteless and clear. Thankfully, it won't stain anything that it gets on. It also cleans up very very easily. Just a damp cloth and it cleans right up. Wet Gel Lubricant is made out of deionized water, glycerin, carbomer, PEG, propylene glycol, aloe vera extract, tocopherol acetate (vitamin E), cellulose gum, sodium benzoate, methylparaben, carbomer 941, hydroxyethylcellulose, polysorbate 60, and diazolidinyl urea. It comes in a flip top bottle. The different sizes of bottles have slightly different tops, but none of them will leak if tipped over on its side. It's also l-arginine free.
At the start of our session, Wet Gel was great. It felt wonderful. Very soft and silky when I was putting it on my hubby before riding him. His entry into me was perfect with it.
But after a few minutes of riding him, it started to fail. I could feel it starting to blend with my body and I started to dry out some. Not a good feeling at the start of a round. We had to reapply it a few times before we finished up. Usually when you lose the slickness of lube in the middle of things, it can really ruin the moment. We made it though, but I was sore after constantly losing the slickness of Wet Gel.
I was not a happy girl with Wet Gel Lubricant.

I never went back to Wet Gel Lubricant. There was no point to keeping it around. It wore out way to fast for me to bother with it taking up space.

I have been using ID pleasure for years. I tried WET and it seemed to be a bit more watered down to me. Not a bad thing just not my thing.
Anyonee lse have this going for you too? -
I used to hate Wet products, they came off as cheap.
Until I tried their synergy line. I fell in love with both the original, and the tingle lubricant.
The Synergy is water and silicone mixed, which produces a gel. I hate water down lubricants.
As long as you don't use it with silicone toys, its fine. -

Why not the same looking containers for this product?

Why is the 3.5, the 4.8, and the 10 oz bottles of this lubricant sold in cool looking bottles, while the 0.8 amount and the 1.5 sold in smaller, weirder shapes? Why not miniatures of the cooler versions? Why a toothpaste looking bottle and a hand sanitizer looking bottle? Comments? Agreements?

Agreements?I'd assume that's just the bottles that the manufacturers felt were best for their item. Certain sizes will do better certain ways because of how they have to flex to squeeze the lube out.
Personally I don't care either way for stuff like this, none of the bottles are something I would want to display and the ease of use on all of them seems about the same, so it's not going to make a difference to me between the options. -

Agreements?At the size of the bottles for those smaller ones, the "neat" bottle wouldn't work. The little "handle hold" on the side of the bottle would actually be the entire length of the bottle. There just isn't enough product to warrant making the bigger bottle. However, if you contact Wet Lubricants, they always take suggestions well and could explain it further.
