Ship happens - sexy costume by DreamGirl - review by ConnerJay

I am super happy about this dress/costume. Mainly ordered it to wear on Halloween but I will have to find more occasions to wear it because I love that much. I feel like doing a bulletin point review so here goes!:

Size-I found this dress to be true to size. I ordered a size medium. I am a large B cup/small C cup and 5'3. The cups fit nicely, not too snug if anything the are a little loose when I lean over I got to be sure not to have a nip slip. Overall I think this cups are very flattering if you are looking to show off some cleavage. Other reviews for this product do not recommend it for a larger cup size, but I can only attest that it should be just fine to order a medium for a B/C cup. The length of the dress is just about mid-thigh on me. Not quite long enough that I would bend over in public wearing nothing but this dress. The dress is very hourglass figure flattering, I love the way it is shaped. The ties in the back can also be adjusted to fit your figure just right.


Material-Initially looking at this product I assumed it was cotton by the pictures. Was kind of disappointed when I read the other reviews that pointed out it is more of swimsuit material. I ordered it anyway and decided to give it a shot. Glad I did because the material of this costume is super comfy! It is fairly thin, stretchy, and smooth to the touch. I like how easy it is to stretch over your curvy body parts. Downside of this material is I could see how it would easily snag and tear if it got caught on something. The sleeves of the dress are made of a different material than the rest. They are more transparent, more of a net-like material. Not a huge fan of the material on the sleeves but I love the rest of the dress enough that it does not take away from it too much.


Details-Lets start from the top of the costume and work our way down. The costume come with a sailor style hat, it is white with red details and a small red bow. It's not super high quality, nor is it so cheap that I wouldn't want to wear it. It fits well but I think I look kind of silly wearing it, maybe if I did my hair up in some foxy curls it would look better. There are also little red bows on the sleeves of the dress, between the boobs, and on the anchors near the bottom. The cups feature a little extra material along the tops in a slight v-shape. The only real downfall I have with this outfit is the way the sleeves hang off the shoulder and don't stay up. It does still look good with the sleeves off the shoulder, but it provides a bit less bust support while doing so and I am just not a big fan of the way off the shoulder dresses feel.
