Romantic lace babydoll - babydoll and panties set by Leg Avenue - review by Mamastoys

The babydoll and panty set by Leg Avenue is a sheer, lacy, romantic set that is well out of my comfort zone. I ordered it knowing I would be self conscious in it but thought my hubby would be pleased with it. The set comes in black or red and I ordered red, another factor that is outside my comfort zone. The set comes in a "one size fits most" and I was concerned about this as well. The lacy top is open in the front, with only sheer lace covering the breasts area. The bottoms are G-String type panties.

The set is made of nylon and can be washed with warm soapy water, either by hand or the hand wash cycle on some washing machines. The material is generally strong, hypo-allergenic, and fairly resistant to oils and other materials. The weave used in this set allows for stretching in all directions yet the material returns to its original shape when released.

When the babydoll arrived, I removed it from the protective wrapping and held it up. It was beautiful and skimpy. I decided I needed to try it on while I was alone in case things didn't fit where they were supposed to. Slipping the top over my head, the spaghetti straps fell over my shoulders. The back is full and ended just above my hips. The front provides a sufficient amount of material to cover boobs, but falls open after that. There is a thin band that fits under each breast and holds them in place. The material is see-through and the nipples are prevalent but contained.

There are no ties, no snaps, or hooks anywhere on this outfit. It allows for easy adorning, easy access and easy removal. It is sewn together with a small stitch, providing seams that should hold together for multiple wearings. The spaghetti straps seem to be secured to the garment with several rows of stitching so that they will stay attached, even with strain from larger, heavier breasts.

This babydoll worked excellent for its intended purpose. My husband was completely turned on by it which in turn elevated my self esteem. This was a great beginning to a great night.

After putting this babydoll on, the evening was a delight. When I walked into the room where hubby was, his eyes lit up and a wicked grin appeared on his face. He found the opening in the front to be easily accessible and began to play. One thing led to another and we both truly enjoyed the night.

The only problem I have encountered with this gown is that the material is easy to pick. Rings, sharp fingernails, or other objects tend to attract the material and it does pick. I have worn the gown several times and it does have several picks on the front. It has not been a big enough problem to prevent me from continuing to wear it.

I have been able to wear it and be a little less self conscious while wearing it.
