I didn't have high hopes for this product, most costumes are cheaply made, look okay, and feel pretty brutal against the skin. This is none of those things. It's packaging is very deceiving, coming in just a little plastic bag, with a cardboard picture depicting what is included. Once I got it out of the packaging it was nothing but smiles and excitement on my part. The costume itself consists of two parts. The little tie on head piece, and the dress itself.

The head piece I find to be a tad flimsy, but I have a really little head, and can't get headbands to stay in place, so I'm sure others will have much better luck with this charming little addition to the costume. It is black vinyl trimmed with white lace, and merely ties around your head with white ribbon.

The costume dress is amazing. I am in love with this costume. It is so unbelievably sexy. Black vinyl puts a little bit of a bad-girl spin on the typical french maid fantasy. It just oozes sexuality and naughty thoughts, making you think of nefarious deeds done in dark corners. The black vinyl makes up a large part of the costume, giving you a 'wet' look. It has soft padded cups in an almost sweetheart neckline held up on your shoulders by lace detailing, with plastic boning to hold the girls up and in place.

The cut of the dress is said to be a mini-skirt, with a straight across hemline. On me it's about knee length, but I'm short. In the back the vinyl scoops up and reveals a girlie nest of lace!

The back of the dress has a lower back, with white ribbon creating a lace up look that allows you you to adjust the tightness of the top. A big white bow right on your derriere creates the division between naughty vinyl and good girl lace. Three tiers of lace cover your bottom, almost teasingly. It swishes in the back playfully, which I adore. It just makes me feel... so dual. Naughty and nice, dominant and submissive. All the best things wrapped up into one.

It IS hand wash only, which is a bit of a bummer. I'm not a domestic diva by any stretch of the imagination, so I wiped down the vinyl with warm water and spot cleaned the lace bits. It came out quite nicely, but was definitely a pain.

Overall I love this little ensemble. I sat admiring myself in the mirror when I first got it, completely turned on by how deceivingly innocent I looked. I can't wait for my partner to get back just so I can find an excuse to 'clean the house'.

It is surprisingly comfortable with just enough padding to make it wearable, and with just enough coverage to be incredibly sexy, and teasing. Because it's a bit longer on me I plan on prancing about for Halloween in this little number, because apparently Halloween is the perfect time for little numbers like this! Hopefully you can have as positive experience with this as I have had!

Having this little number kicking around the closet has proven to be very very useful. I still find this to be such a erotic combination of naughty and nice, kinky and straight laced, dominant and submissive- it's dual and opposite and for that reason I adore it. It makes me feel instantly sexy sliding into the dress, and just gives me a surge of self confidence. Not to mention it's fun to wear for others! ;) My only complaint remains that it is hand-wash only, but there is a price to pay for the best of things, and in the long run I figure it's not the worst thing that could have happened. In terms of quality it continues to remain in impeccable condition, even after multiple uses and washes, which is a testament to the quality. I continue to enjoy this product and hope to for quite some time.
