A Blossoming Friendship

If you need a small aid and don't need deep vibrations, you may be interested in this little guy. The vibrations put out here are more on the buzzy side, but are still fairly strong, all things considered. It'll fit on most fingers and doesn't get in the way during sex.

Use

Little vibrators like this one are best used for teasing erogenous areas like the nipples and clitoris. Wear it on your finger during sex or masturbation, use it to tease and torment yourself or your partner. You can even remove the bullet from the sleeve to get some more direct vibrations where you want them.

Material / Texture

According to the package, you're getting a silicone sleeve and a plastic bullet. Well, the packaging says that the sleeve is silicone at any rate. The bullet feels like a hard, shiny plastic. It's got a sleek glossy finish that you can easily slide your fingers over with almost no traction to slow you down. The sleeve itself, though, has some more grip and texture, although it will still move fairly easily over skin without any extra lube. It's smooth and silky to the touch, and has virtually no smell.

Design / Shape / Size

The basic design is simple; a small bullet vibrator slips inside of a sleeve you can wear on your finger. The bullet is about 2 1/4" long and 2 1/2" around. It's powered by 3 cell batteries, and when you remove the battery cap it tells you what kind you need to buy. The sleeve is a total of 3" long along the outer curve and almost looks like a finger emerging from a flower. With the "finger" pointed down, there's a ring on top for you to stick your actual finger through. It probably won't fit really large fingers, but it fits easily around my thumb and even stretches over the ring I always wear there, for a total of about 3" around. I think at that point it's a bit tight, but I couldn't feel anything through the ring.

There's an o-ring on the bullet that helps keep water out if you're using it in an aqueous environment, and I'd feel comfortable fully submerging it. It's also not terribly obvious, despite not being super discreet either.

Functions / Performance / Controls

According to the package this bullet has 10 functions, and they're all pretty easy to play with. You'll first want to remove the battery cap so that you can remove the piece of paper that keeps the included 3 AG13 batteries from making contact with the button during transit. After you've done that, you can click your way through the 10 patterns. The first three are a low, medium, and high, and the rest are varying pulses. The vibrations themselves are pretty quiet, and strong yet buzzy. When holding in my hand they make my fingers itch. To turn them off just press and hold the button on the end for two seconds. You can even travel into the water with everything, thanks to the large o-ring under the battery cap.

Care and Maintenance

Care and maintenance should be fairly simple, whether you're using the bullet on its own or with the sleeve. If you use the sleeve and want to use lube for some extra glide, you're probably best to stick with water based. If you want to use a silicone based lube, make sure you do a spot test somewhere inconspicuous. If using just the plastic bullet, any body safe lube should be fine. To clean everything, you'll want to separate the bullet from the sleeve and wash them both in warm soapy water. You can also wipe them down with a bleach solution if you want to share them, but the bullet can't be completely sterilized.

You can store them back in the original packaging or in a drawer or pouch. The silicone isn't a giant lint magnet, but I would still try to keep it from getting dusty if you can.

Packaging

The packaging is fairly minimal, although still pretty large compared to what you're getting. From the front you can see the sleeve and the bullet, and the back gives you various bits of information about what you're getting and how to use it. It's a clamshell style and, while bigger than the pieces themselves, isn't so big that you can't use it for storage.

Experience

I've had a lot of fun with this, although I wouldn't necessarily call it one of my favorites. It didn't get in the way during sex as much as I thought it might have, and it was really easy to hold on to on my own as well. Aside from the buzzy vibrations, I can't really find anything "wrong" with it, and I would recommend it to anybody who doesn't need deep vibrations and has been eyeing it.
