Just a Gigolo...
The Gigolo is a fantastic, thick vibrator designed to stimulate the g-spot with it's flat, wide head. Not for the beginner, this is a girthy vibrator that delivers with strong, almost silent vibrations.Published: March 16, 2009
Pros:
Soft, velvety, flexible, easy to clean silicone. Solid, deep and quiet vibrations.
Cons:
Dial controller isn't as easy to use as the manufacturer claims. It's stiff, doesn't spin easily

Even though the Gigolo is intended to be a g-spot vibrator (and it works well, indeed, for that purpose if you can have a g-spot orgasm with a softer toy) I find myself using it most as a clitoral stimulator.
The flattish head and soft, velvety silicone material give you a large vibrating area that covers the entire clitoral region and drags nicely against the skin with an incredible combination of friction and sleekness.
I love Fun Factory toys in general and the Gigolo is my favorite of the four or five I own.
Additionally, batteries hold up in these toys for a good, long while. Bonus!

Great review! The dial on the base sounds interesting - nice that you don't have to turn it all the way back.
Thanks!
The dial is a little hard to turn - you need to hold the toy and use the other hand to turn it - but otherwise I really adore the way it works.
Thanks for the battery compartment demo.
You're welcome.
Yes, thanks for the battery compartment video. I still think they're too difficult--I own a Fun Factory vibe, too. Definitely not arthritis-friendly!
Heh. Maybe I just have crazy, Hulk-like hand strength.
That dial so does not look like it would be easy!
I don't mind that the dial doesn't spin super easily. At least it's not changing speeds at the crucial moment because it was bumped and moved TOO easily, yanno?
There are pluses and minuses to everything, I guess.
Great review! I'm with you on any dial that doesn't move all that easily. I guess I am a control freak and change settings myself and not be left at the mercy of a toy that just "takes off" as some do.
Exactly, Liz2. I don't mind working a bit to turn the dial if it'll stay where I put it when I need it to! Heh.
This was a fabulous review and it sounds like a fabulous toy.
