We have tried the toy in a number of ways. My wife prefers external stimulation as the toy is either a bit big (girth) for her or too stiff. It does not feel very good when inserted for her. This may be her, and others may enjoy the internal stimulation and the shape of the head that is designed to add stimulation in the G-spot area. The vibrations can be felt along the shaft of the toy, but are definitely focused on the end. The controls are easy to use - just a dial that increases or decreases intensity. The toy is designed to be splash proof. I would not submerge it, but might consider trying it in the shower. The noise is moderate and we have never worried about how loud it is.

The gigolo is very easy to care for. Wash the silicone end in warm water with anti-bacterial soap and be done.
