Little Honey #9 Was a BUST! Literally . . .

Great freebie, but I wouldn't spend cash on it. It broke on my second attempt at using it—an extreme disappointment!

Pros:
Aesthetically pleasing . . . in looks, but it can't get the job done.

Use

Just as the box says, "For Novelty Use," that is exactly what this should be treated as. After turning the vibrator on once and then coming back the next day to try it out, it was broken. I couldn't use it at all . . . It's nice to look at, but it really was no use for me.

Material / Texture

Little Honey #9 is made of a really smooth plastic that feels and looks almost velvetlike. This safe plastic is made of food-grade material that is latex free, phthalates free, and hypoallergenic! There are even little grooves along the sides of the vibrator for added feeling. "Little" fits the name well: when inserting the vibrator, it gives little stimulation. It would be of better use for stimulating the clit instead.

Design / Shape / Size

The shape and size didn't match up too well when it came to insertion—I found it to be rather small and to not have enough vibe power packed into it. Travelwise, I would say the size would be good in that case. You can easily slip it into a small makeup bag or something similar.

Functions / Performance / Controls

There is a tricky little three-speed button located at the very bottom of this vibe. Tricky? Yes, I say this because after turning it on for the first time and going through all the speeds once, it was stuck on the highest speed. After trying to cycle through the speeds again by pressing the button, I still had no luck. I had to manually take out the battery just to get my Little Honey #9 to turn off.

Care and Maintenance

After I tried out the speeds the first time, I simply stored the vibrator back in its box with its plastic insert. I assumed it would be safe in its own packaging, but the next day it would no longer turn on.

Packaging

The vibrator is packaged in a simple little box with a plastic insert to protect it from being banged up during transit. I would not recommend using the packing as a storage box because it seems very delicate.

I was so excited to try out the Little Honey #9 because it's been so many years since I used a vibrator, but I was so disappointed that I couldn't get any use out of it. It looks gorgeous, but it doesn't seem of great quality.

Experience

I literally had little to no experience with this before it broke. On day one, I popped in a battery and turned it on high and inserted the majority of it. The highest setting didn't give off enough vibration for me, so I decided I would try it for clit stimulation the next day. When trying to turn it off by pressing the button, it turned out that the vibrator was stuck on the highest setting. I had to remove the battery that night. On day two, I decided to give it a go again, but I was disappointed to see that after putting the battery back in, it wouldn't turn on at all. No matter what I tried, I couldn't get it back on . . . What a bummer!

I'll be coming out with an updated review for this product... I took a members piece of advice and contacted customer service. They were awesome and sent me a replacement, wooohooo! I'm definitely crossing my fingers that I have better luck this time around. =D
