If you want a little bullet that is great for stimulation, but not orgasm, this is it. Cute presentation, but weak vibes make this a disappointment equivilant to that of a cubic zirconia.

Use

The Engagement Finger Ring by Evolved is a cute variation of your typical bullet. It would be great for anyone who likes a moderate vibration, but not really a rumble. Beginners and advanced users could use this toy easily. The bullet is meant for clitoral stimulation. Some people use bullets anally, but I have this re-occuring nightmare that the cord will rip out or detach like a gecko's tail or something.

Material / Texture

It is made out of plastic, but has a soft, velvety feel to it. It feels nicer than the regular plastic material, in the way of luxury, but doesn't do much for stimulation. The 'ring' or controller, feels the same way. The texture is suitable for any user. It doesn't have a taste or smell.

The toy claims to be waterproof, but I didn't test this feature. It does seem like everything is well sealed though.
    • Not porous at all
    • Smooth

Design / Shape / Size

The novelty of the design is cute. It features a very small 2.5 inch bullet, and the controller is a ring that slips on your finger. It is operated by the push of the button on the top of the ring. The ring is not flexible, but it's got enough room to fit on almost any finger.

For me, it was a little small, even for clitoral stimulation. It was a little hard to hold on to, and to actually use the controller, it was easier if I flipped it around and wore the ring 'backwards'. The button pushes easily with light pressure.

For those that have to hide toys, this one is great. Even if you keep the packaging, it takes up less room than a pack of cigarettes. So needless to say, it would easily fit in a purse.

Functions / Performance / Controls

It has several different levels of vibration and pulsating. Unfortunately, none of them are high enough to get me anywhere. Quite frankly, it is actually one of the weakest vibrating toys I've ever owned. Buying this toy, which had been on my wish list for quite a while, was the equivilant of my boyfriend proposing to me with a gorgeous ring only to find out a week later that it was a cubic zirconia. I've never owned a toy from Evolved before, but had heard a lot of positive buzz about them, so this was a huge disappointment.

On the plus side, it's super quiet.

Another negative: It takes watch batteries, but it does come with a second set, which is nice.
    • Discreet sound
    • Easy to use
    • Weak

Care and Maintenance

Plastic is non-pourous, latex free, hypo-allergenic, and phthalates free. It is suitable for use with any type of lube that tickles your pickle. You can clean it with anti-bacterial soap and hot water, or isopropyl alcohol.

I kept the little box for storage, simply to keep the cord untangled from other corded toys in my collection.
    • Easy to store

Packaging

I was shocked when I saw how tiny the package was. It is a clear box, like a lot of other toys, but then has this little black insert that is made of hard plastic, and had the extra batteries stashed behind it.

I took out the little black plastic part to reduce the steps to getting it in and out of the box, and just kept the clear plastic part for storage. It probably won't last forever though.
    • Not discreet
Follow-up commentary
This was so disappointing the first time around that it's never been used again. It's just sitting in the original box it came in. The best use it got was the batteries that came with it, which I put in something else.
