The good old faithful rabbit

The Jack Rabbit does offer for decent Multiple Speed vibration and allows for clitoral, vaginal and anal stimulation. However the vibrations in the clitoral stimulator are rather weak even on high levels and its very LOUD, and bulky.

Use

The Waterproof Jack Rabbit is a decent but just shy of being a truly fantastic toy. It's rather large so it's definitely not for those trying to be discreet. It's made for dual action clitoral, and vaginal stimulation. And can also be used for anal stimulation.

You can use it solo or with a partner. I typically incorporate it into my routine with other girls, but men sometimes can feel threatened by the size and thickness of it, (they never realize, it's not that they're small, they're just are always looking down on him.) My boyfriend however, does enjoy it when I place the vibrating egg (clearly visible in the clear Jack Rabbit) under his shaft and on top of his testicles while giving him oral stimulation. Sends shivers through his body.

Material / Texture

The Rabbit is made of Jelly. It does have a habit of collecting dust and lint if not covered. Jelly for me is love and hate. It's harder to keep clean and typically for sharing the toy you will actually want to use condoms since it can not be sterilized like glass or silicone. Just have to use good old toy cleaner and warm water.

It has a smooth texture with a mimicked head, and bumps just below it. It does offer three different clitoral stimulation points, the two ears and the nose. The two ears gives you a nice soft tickling feeling but not a hard vibe, and the nose is stiff and can definitely cause discomfort if pushed too rough to the clitoris.

I would also be wary of this if you are new to vibrators. It is easy to get it into uncomfortable positions, or ones that can cause pain, especially while trying to utilize the dual stimulation.

Design / Shape / Size

This toy is definitely not for someone trying to be discreet. It is very loud, and also rather large, standing at just over 10 inches in length. It's definitely not something I'd want to travel with. Especially NOT on a plane. "Excuse me ma'am step to the side please, we believe we've found a giant Penis in your bag."

It is designed to mimic a penis, and does offer a simulated head. The vibration for for my tastes were a little week for the clitoral stimulator (which is the only part that REALLY vibrates). The big thing with this toy however, and why I was interested in buying it to begin with, was the dual stimulation. I love dual and triple stimulation toys, and with it being a jack rabbit I HAD to have it. However, I was actually very disappointed in the positioning of the rabbit. With the device inserted you really have to stop what you are doing to position the rabbit ears correctly, and the nose nub is really lost in the middle of nowhere. If you are new to these toys I would not advise going for this toy. Where as it is not a bad toy, it's very easily to shove him in and be horribly shocked by the wrong kind of sensation on you clitoris. Advanced users, I say yes, it's a staple in my toy chest, I use it quite a bit currently, but it'll be replaced as soon as the batteries die (which last surprisingly long) with another equally good but not too good vibrator.

Functions / Performance / Controls

This toy offers a few different functions. First, it is waterproof. Second, it supports three different levels of vibration. Third, it offers three different speed for rotation, and finally rotation reversal.

I have tried this in the tub a couple times (when I was home alone due to the factor). It did fair pretty well, but really didn't bring any extra oomph to the table. It tended to muffle the vibrations from the toy itself but did create a nice water vibration that extended from it.

The three different levels of vibration was a nice feature. From teasing mode, all the way to I need a quickie. The thing though is that for my tastes on high mode the vibration really wasn't there, I found myself setting the egg directly on my clitoris more than the stimulator itself for the extra vibration.

The rotation for me was just not there. It didn't hit my G-Spot, and it really just added to the noise of the machine making it THAT much louder. If it wasn't there, I wouldn't miss it.

The rotation reversal was pretty much null in void since the rotation didn't work for me in the first place.

The controls for the toy are based at the bottom of the toy, depending on if you're are laying down sitting up or kneeling really depends on the convenience of the controls. At first it gets a little confusing. In the throws of try trying to hit everything right you think "I want a little more vibration" and suddenly you begin searching through the buttons trying to remember which is faster, slower, reverse and higher or lower rotation. Once you've used it a few times, its much easier, but initially it can take some positioning.
    • Long lasting power
    • Lots of variety in function
    • Not discreet at all

Care and Maintenance

This is a Jelly based toy. It can not be sterilized like glass or silicone. Can not be boiled. Needs to be cleaned with warm water and preferably a non harsh anti bacterial toy cleaner. I also suggest using condoms when sharing the Jack rabbit. There are lots of places things can get hung up on. I definitely suggest covering it when storing it, the material is a magnet for dust and lint, and WILL require cleaning before and after, each and every use. On the bright side Jelly is compatible with both Silicone and Water based lubes.
    • Difficult to store
    • Hard to clean
    • High maintenance

Packaging

My jackrabbit come in a molded plastic casing, I would not suggest storing the toy in it if you are trying to be discreet, as it just adds to the bulkiness of the toy. There was plenty of instructions on how to use it, no second guessing. Easy to install batteries.

    • Is the material of this vibrator good quality?
    • If you look down on the left side of the product page where it says:

      Material / Texture

      Material: Jelly

You can click on "Jelly" and it will take you to an article that tells you all about the properties of jelly. link

I personally do not like jelly toys because they are too porous and there is a chance of your toy developing a bacterial infection which it can then pass on to you. But it's all a matter of personal choice.
    • I had my share of jelly and can honestly say that thinking I'm gonna save money by buying it instead of picking something silicone or even TPR is fooling myself. Jelly toys don't last. They yellow and loose their pretty colors. They also irritate some people's skin (the older the toy the more it leaks phthalates).

IMHO the only things that are both fantastic and jelly are gummi bears.

I may be biased but I would wait for a sale on silicone dildos and buy one and a small simple hard plastic clit vibe. This way you won't fall into the "wrong anatomy" trap that rabbits have. You can also look for something TPE/TPR (but it will still be porous = no way to disinfect) or silicone in the rabbit aisle.

First night we had it the drive shaft broke. With a "No Returns" policy we are out $$. Anyone else have the drive shaft also break.
    • Nope. Mine works fine. So sorry that happened to you. =[ Honestly, I don't like this toy anyway because it didn't work for me so I feel like I've wasted my money too.
