This vibrator is very definitely a clitoral vibrator, but works well in a lot of areas. It is discreet, not flamboyantly colored and can be mistaken for another object if thrown into a purse or a travel bag. My wife and I have used this particular toy for some time, and it does what it is intended to do very well. The tip of it flexes with your finger, allowing you to direct the stimulation very easily. The advertisements definitely overstated the power of it, as using your finger firmly on the flexy surface can dampen the vibes a lot. It does work very well for breast and nipple play as well.

The end of the toy fits neatly between the folds of the labia, allowing one-sided stimulation, and it also can be used to pinch different areas - but watch out if you do that, as it may pinch too hard.

The form 3 is made of a silicone material. The tongue-looking end is flexible and relatively thin, but still noticeable. The vibe has a velvety texture and feel to it. I didn't notice any strange smell when I bought it, and it certainly hasn't developed one. I don't know what it tastes like, but with a water-based or silicone-safe lube, it slides along just fine. A lot of the time, no lube is necessary, as this vibe is certainly not designed to penetrate.

The form 3 is shaped with one end like a tongue. If this works for you, great. I use it on my wife's clit, and she does as well. The size is about right for what it is; it fits in my palm easily. I don't think a larger size would make any difference, as the design prohibits any internal use. It is a very discreet toy, and could be used for travel very well. It has a non-threatening design, which is great for beginners. The only problem with the design is the recharging cradle, which I will mention further down.

It has one plus/minus control rocker, and one mode button. Holding any button for two seconds turns the toy on or off. The plus/minus rocker is a definite advantage, as a lot of toys (including other jimmyjane models) require you to cycle through multiple settings to get to the right strength. If you are distracted at the time (which happens a lot), this can be a major downside and take time away from the fun stuff.

The motor is quite strong, although holding your finger on the touchpad can dampen the vibrations quite a lot, as I have mentioned earlier. If you hold it firmly in your palm, most of the vibrations go into your palm, which can be quite annoying. The sound on this device can be really loud.

We've cleaned this toy with soap and water and toy cleaner. It has a recharging storage cradle which is the major flaw in the entire design. It does not neatly click into the storage cradle; instead, you have to balance it perfectly so that the metal bottom of the toy fits the pins in the base just right; and the light comes on about 3 seconds later, making the process of recharging the toy exceptionally frustrating. If not for this, I would highly recommend it.

The toy is packaged in Jimmyjane's typical high-class packaging, with a flat white paper box decorated by some highly paid graphic designers. It comes with a charging base, cord and manual. You could use the packaging as a storage box; we do, because it seems like about 17 trees were cut down in the making of the package. The users manual was very extensive — possibly too extensive. If it could have been separated into a quick reference card and the remainder of the mumbo-jumbo then that would have greatly improved the experience.
