I agree with many of the recs already here. I enjoyed Secretary, 9 1/2 Weeks, and Lolita. I also like Story of O.
Edited to add: I forgot The Night Porter. This movie is a must for anyone with a thing for Nazi uniforms. There is certainly a kink dynamic in the relationship between the main characters.

May sound odd, but 'Gone With the Wind'. Rhett and Scarlett have some absolutely sizzling scenes, usually when he's getting dominant. And the staircase scene is probably the first major kink scene since the Hays Code.
