Gag + trouble breathing = ???

Kkay Kkay
I've always shied away from gags because I have asthma and COPD issues. It's difficult enough for me to breathe normally sometimes, and the idea of blocking off an airway scares me in the not-good kind of way.

But then, I've never actually used a gag.

Is this a valid worry? Are there gags out there that would work better for someone like me (bit gag, wiffle-ball, etc)?

I've seen gags with holes in them; I'd go for one of those, and have a way of easily removing it!

There's a breathable ball gag here on edenfantastys. I've considered getting it, because I have horrible sinus problems.
