Definitely not something healthy to do... I've heard of people developing scar tissue and major damage from urethral stretching. I was in the ER once and a man in the bed next to me had actually ripped his penis from trying to do this... it was awful, and I caught a glimpse of it on accident and almost puked. I'm not sure whether I'd support the sale of urethral sounds or such on this site. Some bdsm toys are specialized enough that they require a skilled, sane, practiced top. No, although I sometimes threaten my partner with it. Lol. Just a joke though. I have looked into the steel probe things for the urethra and ooooh they make me cringe! Looks so painful. While I'm really not scared to try many things or put just about anything safe (or semi-safe! Lol) in my cooter hole, I am a freak about putting things in any other holes. Also - those that mention urethral catheters and shudder - from what I've experienced vs what I've heard, it seems that hospitals just don't care enough to try to make the cath process less painful. Been cathed in a kink class and it wasn't painful - it was damn fun! But if you have to do 50 caths a day, I suppose you stop worrying about making sure the patient isn't going to have nightmares - you just want to get it in, get it done, and move on (no offense to health practitioners - it's like the difference between repairing a computer for fun versus for work.)
