Lol, I have no real recipe, but will send you the basics, and you can adjust as you like They are AWESOME. This is a small one;-)

Yeah, in general though everything taste better when made on a cast iron pan. hahaha. I just hate lifting it.

Watch the musical '1776' - they discuss it during one of the numbers. And, yes, they actually were that earthy - the musical is actually a cleaned up version of all that.
