absolutely! confidence is KEY. a woman who is simply confident and wise in her actions will be sexier than one who isn't, any day.

Hey there!

I'm usually pretty skeptical of books of this style, but I've really been enjoying yours Thanks for having actual concrete, followable tips!

I feel like I'm more confident out of the bedroom than I am in it. I'm pretty shy with sexuality in general. I was raised to kind of "shun" the idea of sex outside of marriage, so getting to a place where I could embrace that aspect of a relationship was (and still is, sometimes) a struggle.

Thank you. I'm so glad to be here. I'm loving your ideas on the role that confidence plays in a woman's sexuality. So many of us are confident about who we are when we're operating under labels that other people give us. It's when we have to be ourselves that life can get scary!

Most of it is in your head. You have to get your mind right and everything else will follow.

It seems though that ourselves shouldn't be scary. That instead of putting on a confident "face", we should actually be that confident person.

Great to see you here, Lori. It's a good time for me to post one of the comments you gave me ahead of time:

What I really love about the Power of WOW is that it is joy-driven, and celebrates the unique individualism of every woman who picks it up and goes through the exercises. We aren't trying to make anyone a diva or a sexy kitten or bad bitch, just help them uncover who they truly are and then use this knowledge to build their own brand of sexy. It's a no-fail, win-win way of becoming solidly sensual and uniquely sexy.

Thank you. All the exercises I offer have been honed and tested by my students at Stiletto U before they were published. I wanted to make sure that you didn't just get preached at about how important feminine confidence is, but instead had ways to actually build and boost yours based on who you are. That's when confidence has sticking power, when it's based on authenticity, not playing a role.

I would say head and heart. You can "know" something but until you take it to heart you don't own it.

I have come a long way. Thankfully my husband has in an indirect manner helped me with my development of my sexual and personal confidence. He was previously my boyfriend 15 years ago. I think when I took the idea of sex and sexuality being bad and embraced it instead, I really blossomed as a person. He introduced me to sex and getting in touch with myself (even if he was just a horny teenager back then).
