The material is a trade secret but requires careful attention to cleaning which my b/f can be careless about. I guess guys are not as susceptible to UTIs.

No guys arent as susceptible because of the size of the urethra, but they can get it. So yeah, clean it for him if you have too, their so sensative these things, you dont want to end up with a weird smelling toy. Plus its much worse when a male gets a UTI, they dont make male over the counter remedies(azo i think its called), you gotta get doctors antibiotics wich can be kinda embarrasing cause it can feel effeminate to admit you got a "womans problem"
