Years ago, I had a lover who wanted me to get on all fours, on a table, so he could suck on me from behind. I was embarrassed (silly me) at the time and didn't do it. This is my hubbies favorite way to give me oral. However; he can't hold his neck up like that without getting a really bad headache. He has past neck injuries and steel plates in his neck. So, this might contribute to his headache from holding his neck in a awkward position. He likes it because he can really get a face full and it's the perfect visual. Those are his words.
