If we do oral for the whole time, it takes a long time for him too. If I want him to come quick or get close to the edge quickly, I'll press on his perineum or use a finger/massager to get his prostate.

Maybe he can tell you what works best for him to help him come more quickly? Or maybe he's not interested in oral as the whole thing. We like to start out with oral and move on eventually to other things.
