I would say any orgasms where there is no physical stimulation of the penis. Strictly speaking without ejaculating but if you did ejaculate I'd still be curious to know.

I would imagine a fair amount. Not only are the listed toys mostly on the expensive side, they're also the more subtle type of prostate massagers. Good, but not intense, and harder to control. Dildos and probes are easy to work and can readily be moved to stimulate just the right spot as much as you like.
