I don't really like meat, but I like some as a seasoning & I
BACON & ham. If the meat is in small pieces in my meal, or very thinly cut, I do much better at not gagging. Chicken is usually the easiest for me to doctor into yumminess, but I cannot bite into a hunk of meat, never have been able to do it. I am allergic to most seafood, so I don't even fool around with it, except the occasional shrimp w/a Benadryl chaser
It turns out I don't do well on an all vegetarian diet, though I'm fairly close to one. Left to my own devices, I might think of bacon or ham every once in a while, but I eat mainly veggies/fruits & carbs. I have to remember to add meat!
