It depends on the day.

I have a bad back so that alone does it sometimes but I think it's mostly stress and being too hot.

Aches and pains, temperatures or it being too noisy causes me to lose sleep.

I suffer from insomnia, but there are a host of little factors that don't help. Mostly hurting.

I have a niece that likes to keep me up.. I also stay up when I'm stressed. There are times when I'm way too hot and can't sleep.

I had this happen last night. I couldn't get to sleep and laid there for four hours. I've been just having normal stress, my husband is trying really hard to keep my levels down but we both know I'm worried about the bills despite the fact I don't work. That alone also stresses me because I know I can't contribute to helping pay the bills.

Most of what keeps me awake at night is over thinking and worrying about my life as well as fairly constant lower back pain.

there are 2 things that keep me awake
1) thinking about how bad i have my life messed up financially and otherwise
or
2) problems with my boyfriend or current crush

I have trouble sleeping if it's too hot or cold, and can put off sleep for quite some time if I'm out with friends. Other than that, I occasionally just can't sleep because I'm not in the mood to sleep. I don't have much trouble with lights sounds or anything of that sort.

I have tons of aches and pains that keep me from sleep. I don't like it very much, but ever since I injured my back all those years ago, I just don't sleep well at all.
