If you read maybe the second page of this thread (I think? not sure but it's up there somewhere) they said that they only took a handful of applicants for now, they have like 80 people, it is still in the tets phase and they are still working out the kinks.

I'm being totally serious... I'm fine. I get it. Totally chill here!

EDIT: Not impatient at all, is what I mean. I'm not worried about my review publishing. I'm well aware of how swamped they are, so I'm just sitting back and chilling.

I was mainly just trying to let that one gal know that she's not the only one who hasn't gotten points, and really, 100 points is NBD in my opinion between EC articles and video reviews, I'm OK!

Thanks! I really appreciate you taking the time to respond to me. I do realize it sounds like I am crying over 50 points.. I'm not really, I was just saying that I do not want to submit 5 more (I purchased the items) reviews if I'm not going to get points for it due to a glitch.

I want to make sure I'm using my time wisely, you know?

Its good to read that I am not the only one, and that my reviews and the points are not getting lost in cyberspace

Thanks for the feedback everyone, I'm going to go meditate on patience

I understand. And if they are reviews of personal items and not assignments that need turned in, I completely understand waiting on them.

I too have reviews pending. It's all good! Publishing reviews prior to the change is only like a 1/3 of what the eden staff does.

Anyone else notice that low rated reviewers are slipping through and not getting edited?

Unless they were in before the change and are just now being released by admins???

Totally possible. There were like a few in a row and so I found it odd. That totally makes sense though! I woke up at 11pm last night and it's 1:53 pm now...I'm still up...need sleep!

I applied to be an editor (outside of the mentor program) last week and I still haven't heard. Are you not accepting editors? I've been editing for the mentor program and I'd really like to be a formal editor!

This is really frustrating me...

Of 6 followup reviews I just edited...3 show up as edited by someone else (I believe the persons mentor from when they were in class)

And the other 3 don't show anyone editing them at all, when I did.

anyone else noticing this?

I did submit them and I did have the slide bar come across my screen showing I edited them...

If you read the above posts they explain that they have a TON of people who applied but are not accepting anyone else until the bugs are worked out. They probably will not have a lot of editors though.

We've got over 80 applications sitting there. I'm not part of the approval process but I'm pretty sure not all 80 are going to get accepted. I believe, once things are fixed, there won't be more than 20 people editing. I could be wrong, though. I am sometimes.

I believe only editing on full reviews shows up for voting. Otherwise, down the road, we'd have two editors showing as people do their follow ups.

don't worry about it - you were helping! I did look through the forum but this is a realllly long thread and I gave up at page 10. Good point! They were showing up at first so when they disappeared I thought it was a glitch. That totally makes sense though.

Last I heard they had 15 and were going to be accepting more. Maybe they already did.

There's a part of me that hopes that I'll be accepted, of course, but I've only been around a couple of months, so I'm really not expecting anything. I haven't heard yet and I'm just expecting a "no" BUT if it's a "yes" I'll be super excited!

(It's always better for me to expect the least desired answer and then I'm happy if I get a good answer, than getting my hopes up and being disappointed, ya know?)

I have only been around for a few months as well. So I was not as disappointed as I could have been. I appreciate that they have a large number or editors already. I may reapply later.

LikeSunshineDust: I applied on the first day Eden Tasks was up, a day earlier than they had planned and before they had officially announced it.

I'm sorry. I am guessing there are only so many positions.

I haven't even applied. (I don't mentor, either. Just haven't gotten around to it yet.) My guess is (although I don't know for sure) that for the most part long time very seasoned reviewers with high ratings and very good writing skills will be chosen. I'm just surmising, though.
